After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards, driver B Butt and Starter R Donnelly, the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the protest. Cleared from the unruly for future mobile starts.

A warning was also placed on the racing record of the horse. Stewards lodged a protest against 4th placing being awarded under Rule 870(3) and the Breaking Horses Regulation alleging the gelding had broken in excess of 50m inside the final 200m. Driver C Hackett did not contest the protest and SAVE A PRAYER was disqualified by Stewards. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts at the request of connections.
