Stewards lodged a protest against 2nd placing being awarded under Rule 870(3) and the Breaking Horses Regulation alleging the gelding had broken in excess of 50m inside the final 200m. After viewing the replays driver M Williamson did not contest the protest and TARRAGINDI was disqualified by the Stewards.
