Authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation when in a break during the running. A post-race veterinary examination at the request of connections revealed lameness in the right front leg. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.

After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the charge.
