JUST FOR TODAY - out of position at the start. Driver L Sutherland was issued a warning. Hampered by a weakening runner near the 400m. Stewards questioned driver L Sutherland regarding his tactics when electing to remain behind the weakening BREWSTER BAKER for a distance passing the 400m when the opportunity presented to improve wider and follow WHO'S YA DADDY. Mr Sutherland advised the filly had been unsuited by the strong tempo of the race and was under pressure so he elected not to improve wider at this stage. After considering Mr Sutherland's explanation and viewing the replays, Stewards advised him not to leave his drives open to query in future. When assessing this Stewards took into account the distance the horse had finished from a higher placing.
