Driver B Orange defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) alleging he drove carelessly near the 700m when allowing his runner to strike the sulky wheel of ASPIRATIONAL DREAM which was weakening resulting in GO HOME DENISE trotting roughly and losing ground. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Orange, the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the charge.
