Stewards opened and adjourned an enquiry into this matter due to drivers R Close (SWEET DREAMS) and S Tomlinson (OAKLEY SHARD) having left the course. A subsequent investigation was also opened and adjourned regarding both drivers failing to attend a hearing in the Stewards room despite being requested to do so after the race.

After viewing replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and after considering submissions on penalty suspended Mr Hill's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 23 March up to and including 28 March 2025 (2 days).
