Miss Holbrough, assisted by senior driver R May, admitted a charge under Rule 869(4) and the Passing Lane Regulations in that she allowed her runner to shift into the passing lane denying a trailing runner full access. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Miss Holbrough's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 9 March up to and including 15 March 2025, 3 days.

When questioned regarding the performance trainer J Howe advised the filly was not suited by having to work hard through the middle stages with the effort taking its toll. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery. Mr Howe advised he will have blood tests taken from the filly in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
