DOCTOR TIM - contacted a track marker entering the first bend after being placed in restricted room to the inside of HA'PENNY (E Johnson), which had also been momentarily crowded when racing to the inside of STEALERS WHEEL (P Ferguson) and FREDASTAIRE (S Abernethy). After reviewing all available footage, Stewards were unable to attribute responsibility for DOCTOR TIM and HA'PENNY being placed in restricted room to any one horse or driver, and accordingly took the matter no further. Shifted out further rounding the final turn despite the efforts of Driver P Ferguson carrying GOTTA ELECT BILL wider on the track. A final warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners. Authorisation of LORD DELMAR's 3rd placing was withheld until Driver S Abernethy (GOTTA ELECT BILL - 4th placing) had viewed the replays and elected not to proceed with a protest, with placings then being duly authorised.

After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicator suspended Mr Doody's driver's licence from conclusion of racing tonight upto and including 31st March 2026 (2 days).
