KISS MY PIXEL - back from position when the barriers were released impeding ALL MUSCLED UP. Weakened from the 700m. Driver G Martin admitted a breach of Rule 858(1)(f) in that he failed to come up into position at the start which resulted in interference to another runner. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Martin's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 6 June 2025 (2 days).

BROTHER JOHNSON - lay in throughout the run home despite the efforts of Driver D Butcher placing SCOOTS in restricted room over the final 50m with that runner being checked just after the winning post. When questioned Mr Butcher advised that he had been unable to relieve the pressure to SCOOTS over the final stages due to NIAMH which was racing to his outside having followed him down the track. A warning was placed on BROTHER JOHNSON's racing manners.

ALL MUSCLED UP - driver S Dickson defended a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly racing into the first bend by shifting inwards when insufficiently clear checking PRESIDENT FLYNNTIN (K Coppins) which broke. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Dickson the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and suspended Mr Dickson's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 26 September 2025 (2 days).

Driver S Abernethy confirmed that this runner had proved difficult when hanging badly from the middle stages. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.

When questioned regarding the performance driver S Abernethy advised the gelding had raced lethargically throughout. A post-race veterinary and endoscopic examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
