Ms Moralde Sands was also questioned in relation to her decision not to shift out off the back of PLAY FAST AND LOOSE approaching the 500m before being covered by PRESIDENT FLYNNTIN. She explained that her mare had shifted in and became awkwardly placed to the sulky of PLAY FAST AND LOOSE when she had crossed her reins to turn her whip and had to be corrected which resulted in her losing the opportunity to shift out to a three wide position.
