After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Hall's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 6 June 2025 (1 month).

Ms Ranger was issued a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) on the grounds that she drove carelessly in this incident and indicated that she would be defending the charge. The matter was adjourned until the Waikato BOP Harness meeting to be held on the 10 July 2025.

A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
