Authorisation of 2nd placing was withheld to enable Stewards to view the replay of the run home and to question Driver Z Butcher (TYSON) who advised that his runner had contributed to the incident by laying in. Stewards took the matter no further with 2nd placing being duly authorised.

Junior driver J Dunn (assisted by driver J Dickie) was advised that despite the horse hanging that he would be expected to take corrective action earlier when placed in similar circumstances. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly. Had difficulty obtaining clear room early in the home straight.
