After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and driver R Jenkins, Mr Hope elected to change his plea and admit the charge. After penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Hope's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 1 May 2024 (3 days).
