After hearing the relative evidence and viewing the replays the Adjudicative Committee upheld the protest and disqualified MISS BEBE.

Driver O Gillies admitted a charge under Rule 869(4) and the Home Straight Regulations in that he allowed his mare to shift inwards in the run home thereby failing to allow the trailing TRAVELIN SOLDIER full access to the passing lane. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicator suspended Mr Gillies' driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 17 April up to and including 24 April 2026 (2 days).
