After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Miss Ottley, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and suspended her driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 21 November up to and including 28 November 2025. GEORGIE BEST - broke near the 1200m after briefly locking sulky stays with an inside runner after both horses shifted ground and was taken up the track before settling. Raced greenly approaching the 250m and shifted out briefly locking wheels with MOVE IT LOU, which was checked, with NYMBAL,CYCLONE REBEL, PRINCE LINCOLN and WAR CHIEF being hampered. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners. Driver S Abernethy advised that the colt had raced keenly after contacting its sulky wheel disc over the early stages.

Stewards inspected the gear which was found to be in previously good condition with co-trainers S and A Telfer deemed not to be at fault.
