REGAL GIRL - Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule when this runner raced wider after SUNSET HILL shifted away from the marker line near the 1150m. It was established that Driver T Macfarlane (SUNSET HILL) had commenced his outward movement prior to REGAL GIRL reaching its sulky wheel and no further action was deemed necessary.

After viewing the replays Stewards were not sufficiently satisfied that this was the case with Mr Cameron then declining the opportunity to seek a ruling on the matter from the Adjudicative Committee. Placings were duly authorised.
