HEARTS N ACES - raced wide approaching the 1600m when racing to the inside of THE KINGS CHARGE. Stewards investigated the reason this runner was obligated to race wide where it was established that driver T Herlihy (THE KINGS CHARGE) had commenced his outward move prior to HEARTS N ACES reaching his sulky wheel, accordingly no further action was required.
