TIKI - Driver A Pyers reported he sustained a punctured sulky tyre near the 500m when being steadied to shift down on to the marker line, with the sulky wheel being contacted by the trailing EAGLE HANOVER (K Coppins). Given the circumstances Stewards were satisfied that Miss Coppins had not driven carelessly in this incident and took the matter no further.

BRIENNE - Driver M White admitted a charge under Rule 869(4) and the Home Straight Regulations in that he allowed his mare to shift outwards early in the run home placing TRIFOLIUM (T Mitchell) in restricted room for some distance. After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $300.

After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr DeFilippi's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 15 March 2026 (2 days).
