After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Dr Chin's licence from the conclusion of racing on the 15 August up to and including 28 August 2025 (3 days).

After hearing the relative evidence with Drivers C Hackett (KEEP IT KLASSY), S Abernethy (KAIPAKI JACK) and viewing the available replay footage Stewards were unable to attribute blame solely to either driver and took the matter no further. Held up late in the run home.
