Junior Driver W House, who declined the assistance of a senior, admitted a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly in this incident. After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $300.

After viewing replays Stewards could not apportion blame to either horse or Driver and took the matter no further other than to note the circumstances.
