This race will be split based on ratings. Preferential Barrier Draws will be used if deemed necessary numbering sequentially from 1. In the likelihood any other races are full, eliminated horses, balloted horse or non acceptors will become eligible for this race and conditions changed. The lowest rating race will be run for $20,000.

- ORIGINAL NOMINATIONS
In the event horses are transferred to another race from the trainer, selection preference will be given to original nominations received for that race.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NOMINATORS
Owners and Trainers are reminded that the bureau has the right to transfer any horse not selected to start in a race for which it was nominated to ANY OTHER RACE ON THE PROGRAMME for which it may be eligible. If you do not wish the bureau to exercise it's right to transfer a particular nominated horse then it is your responsibility as the nominator to advise the bureau of the same.
- SPLITTING FIELDS
In the event any race or races are split on this Programme, unless specific in the individual race conditions, races will be split and selected at the bureau's discretion, with consideration given to Ratings in the first instance.
- DUAL ACCEPTORS/NOMINATORS
In the event that horses have gained a start at another meeting these horses are not guaranteed to gain a start at this meeting.
