For R35 to R70 pacers. Ratings and or conditions may be applied when determining the splits for these races. Preferential barrier draws may apply should it be deemed necessary to ensure overall fairness to all horses given the ratings spread in these races. The lower rating race to be run for a stake of $15,000.

- ONE NOMINATION
Trainers are advised that a horse may only be nominated for One Race at this meeting. Trainers do however have the right to Transfer their horse(s) following the close of Nominations. The Club reserves the right to transfer any horse deemed necessary, unless trainers specify that their horse(s) is NOT to be Transferred.
- METRO TROTTERS
Maximum back mark in Heats & Final 20m. First 5 placed runners from the Heats run on 23rd January are automatic qualifiers for the Final $35,000 to be run on 30th January 2026 should they be nominated. Should a horse win both a Heat and the Final, the Final will be plenty free. Those automatic qualifiers for the Final are not eligible for any other race on the night of the Final, 30 January 2026.
- METRO PACERS
Maximum back mark in Heats & Final 20m. First 5 placed runners from the Heats run on 23rd January are automatic qualifiers for the Final $35,000 to be run on 30th January 2026 should they be nominated. Should a horse win both a Heat and the Final, the Final will be plenty free. Those automatic qualifiers for the Final are not eligible for any other race on the night of the Final, 30 January 2026.
