MY SKATJIE - slow in the early stages. Weakened final bend. Driver C Markham was warned for using his whip on a runner out of contention on the final bend. Mr Markham advised he will be having blood tests taken from the gelding in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.

I SPY DIAMONDS - trainer J McDermott advised that the filly would be racing in foal. Broke at the start losing ground. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a mobile start prior to resuming. Over-raced before breaking near the 1600m hampering a trailing runner losing further ground. Mr McDermott advised he will be making gear changes prior to the filly resuming.

I SPY DIAMONDS - Trainer J McDermott advised that the filly has been served. Broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Raced greenly at various stages throughout.

TEN DA TOUCH -trainer B Butt was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice after a hopple carrier came adrift during the running.

MEMORIES N HEAVEN - Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule near the 1100m when MEMORIES N HEAVEN raced wider on the track when TEN DA TOUCH shifted ground outwards. After viewing the replays it was established that driver B Butt (TEN DA TOUCH) had commenced to shift outwards prior to MEMORIES N HEAVEN reaching his sulky wheel and no further action was required.

MEMORIES N HEAVEN - broke after 150m checking a trailing runner losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.

MEMORIES N HEAVEN - raced wide early. Broke briefly near the 2200m losing ground. Paced roughly near the 1500m. Broke briefly again near the 1300m and raced wide thereafter. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. The connections advised they would be making changes to the gelding's hopples and adding a boring pole prior to racing next.

MEMORIES N HEAVEN - the boring pole came adrift shortly after the start. This gear was inspected and found to be in good condition with trainer I Cameron deemed not to be at fault. Paced roughly at various stages throughout. Hung inwards in the run home causing driver K Cameron some difficulty.

MEMORIES N HEAVEN - broke after 200m losing ground. Paced roughly for a distance passing the 700m before breaking again near the 600m. Weakened leaving the final bend. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
