Race 1   HAPPY HOUR AT THE CLUBHOUSE 4-6 PM MON-WED HCP TROT
DEBBIE LEE GALLEON - delayed the start when failing to turn into the correct unruly position. When questioned regarding the incident, Driver D Balle advised that the mare had resisted the boring pole which required him to turn onto the inside of the track to get into the correct unruly position. His explanation was accepted and a warning was placed on the mare's standing start record.
WYNBERG WATCH - raced clear of the field in the lead before weakening passing the 600m. When questioned Driver D Butcher advised that the gelding had become very agitated warming up so he allowed him to roll along over the early stages in the hope that he would come back to him and settle. He further stated that he had only recorded moderate sectionals during the middle stages before weakening. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing performance.
HIGH IN THE SKY - held up rounding the final bend.
RANDOM JUDE - Trainer G Martin advised that the mare would be racing in season.
KEYSTONE CAVALIER - lay out passing the 1200m. Trotted roughly passing the 400m.
FLYING SCOTSMAN - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. Broke again passing the 2250m losing ground.
ROSIE - broke at the start losing all chance. A final warning was placed on the mare's standing start record. The connections advised that the mare would be sent for a lengthy spell.
MANCHESTER'S ECLIPSE - stood on the mark and was slow to begin losing ground. Lay out throughout the run home.
Race 2   CONGRATULATIONS TONY HERLIHY 1000 TRAINING WINS MOBILE PACE
LILLIBURLERO - weakened badly in the run home.
TUXEDO BROMAC - raced keenly in the early stages. Held up rounding the final bend and early stages of the run home.
MONTANA STORM - raced greenly entering the back straight the first time when challenging for the lead.
KIRI - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the mare's mobile barrier manners.
DYNAMITE DEZ - raced keenly middle stages. Lay in early in the run home before being corrected by Driver K Marshall.
Race 3   HIDDEN LAKES HOTEL MOBILE TROT
VORONOV - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground.
CON GRAZIA LOVE - lay in throughout the running. Broke passing the 250m. Authorisation of this runner's promoted 4th placing was withheld until Stewards confirmed that it had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
AHWEL - raced greenly middle stages when leading. Lay out during the run home.
AMERICAN MUSCLE - trotted roughly in the score up and was back a length at dispatch.
PRETTY PETITE - broke passing the 100m and continued in a gallop for approximately 80m. A Protest was lodged against this runner's 4th placing on the grounds of breaking in excess of 50m inside the final 200m. The Protest was not contested by the connections and the JCA disqualified the filly from its 4th placing. Driver B Hackett will be spoken to regarding using his whip free of the rein in the home straight.
KING CITY - broke near the 1400m losing ground. Broke passing the 400m losing all chance.
FAITH IN MANCHESTER - broke late in the score up losing ground. Broke near the 800m losing all chance.
Race 4   WOODLANDS STUD MOBILE PACE
JOSHUA RICHARD - Co-trainers P & V Blanchard were issued with a Minor Infringement Notice and fined $100 for presenting the gelding to race with blinds that were not notified.
LITTLE SUZIE - lay out in the run home.
THE FISHERMAN - paced roughly early stages. Over-raced outside the leader middle stages.
HOORAY HENRY - raced keenly middle stages.
LOUTENANT - over-raced middle stages.
BILLY IDOL - Trainer K Kearns was issued with a warning for presenting the gelding with Fixed deafeners and Blinds which had not been notified. Weakened passing the 300m.
Race 5   NEVELE R FILLIES SERIES HEAT5 (MOBILE PACE)
CLOUDY BAY - late scratching at 5.25pm on Veterinary advice.
MIA RAGAZZA - weakened passing the 300m and was eased down over the final stages. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
ALLAMERICANLOVER - raced wide early stages.
Race 6   IRT HARNESS JEWELS TICKETS ON SALE NOW MOBILE PACE
JACK TAR - raced keenly middle stages.
ARMED REACTOR - paced roughly in the score up and then broke losing all chance and was retired from the event. A warning was placed on the gelding's mobile barrier record.
MAILMAN - weakened passing the 300m. When questioned regarding the performance, Trainer/Driver T Herlihy reported that he was disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
SATCHMO - raced keenly middle stages. Held up over the final 100m.
PULL THE OTHER LEG - improved wide to race outside the leader at the 1300m. Weakened in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance Driver L Whittaker reported that he was disappointed with the effort, even taking into account the fast tempo of the race.
OHOKA ACHILLES - out of position at dispatch. Driver D Balle was issued with a warning. Raced three wide briefly passing the 1300m before being restrained to the rear.
Race 7   DUNSTAN HORSE FEEDS HANDICAP TROT
IVEGOTBILLS - raced keenly middle stages.
FIRA - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
TAKE THE MONARCH - weakened passing the 500m after racing outside the leader.
STILL EYRE - briefly inconvenienced by the breaking PRESIDENTIAL JEWEL near the 600m.
PRESIDENTIAL JEWEL - broke passing the 600m.
AS FREE AS AIR - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
RYDGEMONT SON - slow to begin. Broke after taking evasive action to avoid the galloping FIRA shortly after the start and lost all chance.
SHE REIGNS - Driver D Ferguson advised that he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
Race 8   IRT. YOUR HORSE. OUR PASSION MOBILE PACE
KOWHAI PARK - when questioned regarding the improved performance Trainer/Driver D Butcher stated that the gelding appreciated having an uncontested lead from an inside barrier position.
COTTON SOCKS - checked by MONTANA JET passing the 800m losing ground.
MONTANA JET - raced wide early stages. Broke passing the 800m checking COTTON SOCKS and lost all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
PORT DELIGHT - raced wide early and middle stages.
NUDIST BEACH - raced keenly middle stages. Held up rounding the final bend and early in the run home.
JACCKA LUCAS - commenced to weaken passing the 550m. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
PANSPACIFICJET - raced keenly middle stages. Raced three wide from the 1100m.

HAWTHORNDEN HUNK - raced keenly middle stages. When questioned regarding the improved performance Co-Trainer M Teaz advised that the gelding had benefited from its recent start at Manawatu and had shown natural improvement from that race.
SING TO ME - held up final stages.
COMEDY ACT - weakened in the run home.
