Driver A Fitzgerald was questioned regarding an incident on the final bend when the horse was placed in tight quarters. Mr Fitzgerald was advised that his drive on this occasion was questionable due to the tractability of his horse when subsequently rushing forward on the final bend when in tight quarters and as a result hampered outside runners. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
