Supplementary

Invercargill HRC - Saturday, 13th June 2020
Race 3 - ADVANCE AGRICULTURE MOBILE PACE
Driver B Shirley (KIWI JEWEL) admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(g) the particulars being that he drove in a manner capable of diminishing his horse's chances of winning by failing to ease his drive during the middle stages when racing outside the leader JAWBREAKER(AUS) so as to give KIWI JEWEL some respite which would thereby enable the mare to finish the race off in the most competitive manner possible. After hearing penalty submissions the JCA imposed a suspension of Mr Shirley's licence to drive from the 18th September 2020 up to and including the 17th January 2021 (4 months) and a fine of $1000.
Winton HRC - Thursday, 10th September 2020
Race 4 - MUSCLE MASS AT NEVELE R STUD TROT
Connections of TROT BLACK advised the Stewards on 16 September that blood tests conducted following its disappointing performance revealed the gelding to be suffering from a virus for which it is receiving treatment and will now also be sent for a spell.
Race 5 - BRECKON FARMS FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
