Race 8 - GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND PUKEKOHE HANDICAP PACE
Stewards concluded the investigation into the perceived breach of the 'Push Out Rule' near the 1100 metres. After viewing the replays and hearing from drivers S Reid (STAR GALLERIA) and B Butcher (TRIPLE EIGHT), Stewards gave Mr Butcher the benefit of the doubt as to whether STAR GALLERIA had covered his wheel prior to him commencing his shift and no further action was taken other than to remind Mr Butcher of his obligations.

Trainer J Dickie confirmed to Stewards on 2 September that LA BET is being treated for a respiratory infection.
Race 10 - OKTOBERFEST, 3RD OCTOBER MOBILE PACE
CARSE O FERN TOM - An information was lodged alleging that Driver M White used his whip on more occasions than permitted driving CARSE O FERN TOM over the final 400 metres. The charge was admitted and the JCA imposed a $300.00 fine.

Race 1   DYLAN FERGUSON - AP'S LEADING JNR 19/20 MOBILE PACE
KANGO - raced three wide from inside the 1050 metres.
JEMMA - Junior Driver N Delany was spoken to advisedly in regard to his whip action.
ANAM NUNU - inconvenienced rounding the first turn when EAGLE WATCH lay in placing the mare in tight quarters.
EAGLE WATCH - raced wide early, lay in and paced roughly rounding the first bend before recovering to improve forward to the lead. Inconvenienced by a galloping runner approaching the 200 metres.
JACK RYAN - slow to move forward from the pre-race circle early in the score up and was 2 lengths out of position at the start. Broke when in the lead approaching the 200 metres inconveniencing a trailing runner. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners record. Junior Driver F Schumacher was questioned into why he was so far out of position at the start, he stated that the gelding wears a boring pole and had difficulty turning resulting in it being late to move off early in the score up.
Race 2   NISBA ALEXANDRA PARK FILLY/MARE OF THE YEAR MOBILE PACE
SPIRIT OF TREES - weakened out over the latter stages of the race. Driver J Abernethy reported that the mare pulled a flat sulky wheel tyre for the final 700 metres.
MISS SHUGA - lay in and paced roughly at the start.
COMMANDER CATHY - held up rounding the final turn and in the early stages of the run home.
YEA BABY - raced in the one one and failed to run on throughout the run home finishing 11th beaten 16.9 lengths. Co-trainer/driver M Purdon could not offer any explanation for its performance. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormality.
MILLWOOD BILLIE - raced three back one out improved three wide from inside the 600 metres and failed to run on finishing 10th beaten 8.4 lengths. Trainer/driver A Herlihy advised that he was disappointed with the filly's run. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormality.
SPIRITED BELLE - removed from the Unruly list for future mobile starts.
SMOKINHOTCHEDDAR - was held up rounding the final turn.
Race 3   RACEDAY STAFF APPRECIATION MOBILE PACE
SUPER ACTOR - weakened out over the latter stages of the race.
B D JOE - raced three wide early before being improved to the lead at the 1700 metres.
LUKE JOHN - held up rounding the final turn.
IDEAL LINCOLN - over-raced middle stages.
Race 4   GARRARD'S SIRES STAKES HEAT 3 MOBILE PACE
CAPTAIN NEMO - held up rounding the final turn.
DELIGHTFUL DUDE - an Information was lodged alleging that Driver B Mangos used his whip on more occasions than permitted driving DELIGHTFUL DUDE over the final 400 metres in breach of Clause (b) of the Use Of Whip Regulation. The charge was admitted and the JCA imposed a $200 fine.
GENERAL MONTANA - lay in, paced roughly and galloped racing towards the first turn inconveniencing trailing runners and lost its chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
CYA ART - inconvenienced by a galloping runner racing into the first turn.
HOT AND TREACHEROUS - inconvenienced by a galloping runner racing into the first turn. Raced three wide early.
ALTA WISEGUY - raced three wide early and middle stages before crossing to race outside the leader near the 1000 metres. Weakened out in the run home.
NEVADA - inclined to lay in rounding the final turn and when balanced in the run home ran on strongly.
STAG PARTY - held up rounding the final turn and early stages of the run home.
Race 5   THE ALEX BAR & EATERY MOBILE PACE
DOC HOLLIDAY - shifted up the track late in the run home locking sulky wheels with MIMI E COCO just short of the winning post.
MIMI E COCO - locked sulky wheels just short of the winning post with DOC HOLLIDAY.
TEXAS TIGER - held up rounding the final turn.
FIRST CLASS - improved from the rear three wide without cover from inside the 1400 metres. Under pressure at the 400 metres and weakened out inside the final 300 metres finishing 11th beaten 20 lengths. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormality. Co-trainer/driver M Purdon stated that his young three year old colt was racing against the older grade of horse but despite that he was still going to under go Veterinary tests tomorrow.
MAC'S TOMADO - dislodged a track marker passing the 1300 metres.
J BEE - inclined to lay in and paced roughly rounding the final turn.
Co-trainer M Purdon advised Stewards on 9 September that blood tests taken from FIRST CLASS have revealed that the colt is suffering from a virus and will be treated accordingly.
Race 6   LIKE- SHARE- COMMENT AT ALEXANDRAPARKNZ MOBILE PACE
ADIEU FLIRT - shifted ground outwards momentarily placing PARKER in restricted room inside the 150 metres.
CHRISTIANSHAVTIME - raced three wide with cover from the 1200 metres.
IM A GIGOLO - the boring pole came adrift passing the 1200 metres. Co-trainer N Purdon is to be questioned in regard to this matter.
SOME DO - raced three wide without cover from inside the 1200 metres.
PARKER - raced three wide with cover from 1200 metres. Paced roughly when stepping over a boring pole on the surface of the track inside the 1200 metres. Momentarily placed in restricted room inside the 150 metres when racing between ADIEU FLIRT and CHRISTIANSHAVTIME.
FABRIZIO - broke early in the score up and was 5 lengths out of position at the start. Broke again approaching the first turn losing its chance. Warnings were placed on the gelding's mobile barrier and racing manners record. Driver B Orange reported that the gelding fought its boring pole. Co-trainer N Purdon is to be questioned in regard to the corrective measures that he intends to make. An Investigation was opened into Co-trainer N Purdon failing to appear before the Stewards after being directed to do so.
IM A GIGOLO - Co-trainer N Purdon's explanation that the boring pole on the gelding came adrift despite it being fitted correctly was accepted by the Stewards.
FABRIZIO - An information was lodged alleging that Co-trainer N Purdon failed to attend a Stewards enquiry when directed to do so in breach of Rule 303(2). The charge was admitted and the JCA imposed a $400 fine.
Race 7   SPEEDING SPUR TENDER CLOSES 23 OCT HANDICAP TROT
BAR ROOM BRAWL - inconvenienced by a tiring runner passing the 950 metres.
INVICTUS - inconvenienced by a tiring runner passing the 900 metres. Broke passing the 500 metres losing its chance.
KIMKAR DASH - driver D Balle was charged with a breach of the Push Out Rule when he shifted KIMKAR DASH from the running line to follow INVICTUS out resulting in THE HULK being forced to race from a two wide position to a three wide position with approximately 2000 metres to run. The charge was admitted and the JCA imposed a fine of $200.
THE HULK - began awkwardly and was slow away. Forced to race three wide to the outside of KIMKAR DASH with approximately 2000 metres to run. Weakened from inside the 1000 metres losing contact with the field.
Race 8   BARRY PURDON - AP'S LEADING TRAINER 19/20 MOBILE PACE
CHECK IN - held up rounding the final turn.
Race 9   WHAT THE HILL TENDER CLOSES 23 OCT MOBILE TROT
KENNY'S DREAM - broke at the start losing 50 metres. Broke again passing the 300 metres and failed to settle.
TEMPORALE - Driver T Cameron advised that he did not activate the removable deafeners or sliding blinds on the winner.
RESONATE - broke inside the 150 metres and failed to settle.
Race 10   ZACHARY BUTCHER - AP'S LEADING DRIVER 19/20 MOBILE PACE
HAPPY PLACE - held up rounding the final turn.
SHEFFIELD SPARKY - over-raced at the rear middle stages.
PETER FORSBERG - lay in rounding the final bend.
DOWN THE HATCH - raced three wide before improving forward to race outside the leader with 1500 metres to run.
Race 11   LONESTAR ALEX PARK PERFORMANCE OF THE NIGHT HCP TROT
UNCLE LOUIS - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground.
MAGNAFIQUE - broke passing the 250 metres losing its chance.
RUBY RIDGE - shifted outwards after the start was effected momentarily hampering HILL OF PEACE. Galloped shortly after the start for a distance. The authorisation of the mare's 4th placing was withheld until such time it was confirmed that it complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
HILL OF PEACE - momentarily hampered at the start and trotted a distance before breaking losing considerable ground and was pulled up.
SHES LIKE THE WIND - broke shortly after the start losing its chance and was pulled up. The mare was declared ineligible for standing start events until such time it trials satisfactorily on one occasion.
LITTLEBITOFLOVE - lay in and dislodged a track marker passing the 800 metres.
