CARRERA SKY - Amateur Driver C Sharpe was shown the replay and warned for using his whip when out of contention in the run home.
HIGHVIEW JUSTICE - lay in under pressure on several occasions in the run home and had to be corrected.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Amateur Driver J Brownlee was shown the replay and warned to change his whip action.
A BETTER DANCER - raced three wide without cover from the 1300m when unable to secure the position outside the leader which was being held by LYNTON CREEK.
HAWTHORNDEN HUNK - raced three wide with cover from the 1250m.

MANHATTAN SUNSHINE - inconvenienced briefly by a breaking runner near the 150m.
SUIDELIKE MAJOR - held up early final turn.
PROP ROCK - raced four wide from the 700m. Weakened final stages.
POTT LUCK - broke briefly early in the run home inconveniencing a trailing runner.
MILITARY MAN - over-raced early before being taken forward inside the 1600m to race outside the leader near the 1100m.

I SAID IMRACN - back from the unruly position throughout the score up. Driver A Pyers was cautioned for failing to report the non-activation of the deafeners.
Race 4   SPEEDING SPUR AT WOODLANDS STUD TROT
ALDEBARAN BONNY - broke for several strides at the start but soon settled.
THE LAST GAMBLE - broke at the start settling at the rear.
CYCLONE S ADAMS - Driver P Ferguson dropped his left foot from from the sulky footrest passing the 300m after contacting a marker peg.
CHASING GREAT - shifted in under pressure over the final stages of the run home.
PRINCE MACKENDON - tired from the 400m. A post race veterinary examination revealed that the gelding had suffered a bleeding attack. PRINCE MACKENDON was subsequently stood down for the mandatory 30 days and will be required to trial satisfactorily at the completion of the stand down following a veterinary clearance, which is to include a satisfactory endoscope.
LITTLEBITOFLOVE - broke passing the 2000m but soon settled. Broke passing the 100m.
GRIFFINS HALL - raced four wide from the 700m.
MAJESTIC STRIDE - Driver P Jeffries admitted a charge under Rule 869(2) in that he used his whip on more occasions that permitted under Clause B of the Use of Whip Regulations and was fined $300 by the JCA. Mr Jeffries was also cautioned for using his whip when out of contention over the final stages of the run home.
Race 5   FARMLANDS MOBILE PACE
HEZASHADOWPLAYA - contacted several marker pegs and then broke passing the 1900m when racing in restricted room to the inside of NUDIST BEACH losing ground before settling. Tired final stages.
DEMIDEAL - inconvenienced when having to take evasive action approaching the 1800m.
NUDIST BEACH - lay in rounding the first turn despite the efforts of driver J Dickie and tightened HEZASHADOWPLAYA down onto several marker pegs. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
BLESS ME FATHER - broke entering the first turn checking an outside runner and lost considerable ground. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners record. Paced roughly and gave ground leaving the back straight the final time.
IDEAL LINCOLN - checked by a breaking runner rounding the first turn. Raced three wide early. Tired final stages.
MISS TAKEN - lay in near the 250m.
SIGNSEELDELIVER - Junior driver L Whittaker reported that he had been unable to activate the removable deafeners and sliding blinds due to the release cord breaking.
INQUISITO - Driver A Pyers was cautioned for using his whip when out of contention in the run home.
FOX IN SOX - lay in leaving the back straight the final time when attempting to improve three wide. Broke near the 250m when racing in restricted room between DEMIDEAL, which had shifted out, and MISS TAKEN, which lay in. After questioning Driver J Stormont (FOX IN SOX) who confirmed that there had been movement from both sides, no further action was deemed necessary.
Race 6   CHECKOUT BRUNTWOOD EQUESTRIAN FOR HORSE AGISTMENT HCP TROT
FIRA - hampered by breaking runners rounding the first turn.
LEESA CASTLETON - hampered by breaking runners rounding the first turn.
SUPERFAST NINJA - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first turn and galloped losing its chance.
STILL EYRE - broke entering the first turn hampering trailing runners and lost its chance. Driver P Ferguson advised that the gelding had cast a shoe causing it to break.
AS FREE AS AIR - delayed the start after becoming fractious when called forward by the Starter. A warning was placed on the mare's standing start manners. Hampered rounding the first turn losing considerable ground.
LUKYANOVA - tended to lay in early in the run home and shifted down the track passing the 100m.
OUR SPITFIRE - broke entering the first turn and trailed the field.
THE HULK - trotted roughly shortly after the start losing ground.
ONE OVER DA SON - locked wheels with DELSON briefly near the 400m.
DELSON - improved three wide with cover from the 1250m. Left three wide without cover from the 1000m when unable to obtain the position outside the leader which was being held by THE HULK. Locked wheels with ONE OVER DA SON briefly near the 400m. Weakened final turn.
Race 7   DUNSTAN HORSE FEEDS MOBILE PACE
NIMAH FRANCO - compounded from the 500m and was retired from the event. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
THE LONE RANGER - commenced to improve three wide from the 1200m. Broke approaching the 700m checking a trailing runner and was retired from the event. Driver B Butcher admitted a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly striking the sulky wheel of MACH LITTLE SOAKY in the incident near the 700m. The JCA imposed a fine of $200.
YOUNG CONQUEROR - raced three wide early before obtaining a position midfield in the running line.
RED REACTOR - improved three wide with cover from the 1200m. Checked for several strides by a breaking runner near the 700m.
AFORTUNADO - over-raced middle stages. Inconvenienced by a tiring runner passing the 500m.
J BEE - weakened final stages.
Co-Trainer J Teaz advised Stewards on 14 July that veterinary tests failed to find any abnormalities with NIMAH FRANCO following its disappointing performance at Cambridge last week with Mr Teaz adding that the mare will do its future racing in Australia.

THE BLUE BEAT - inconvenienced briefly by a breaking runner approaching the 350m.
LOUIE THE HORSE - lay out at various stages.
LAGERTHA - broke passing the 400m losing its chance and was retired from the event. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners.
DOC HOLLIDAY - raced three wide early.
Race 9   BLACK DOG FURNITURE MOBILE PACE
SHEZSOMETHINSPECIAL - over-raced middle stages.
WHISKY NEAT - over-raced early when being eased to take a trail.
BROOKIES JAFFA - held up final turn and early stages of the run home.
PANSPACIFICJET - forced four and five wide entering the back straight the final time before weakening over the concluding stages.
TEXAS TIGER - raced three wide early. Driver A Poutama advised that he did not activate the deafeners due to having the field covered.
COUNT LANDECK - over-raced when being restrained early.
JODY DIREEN - over-raced early and middle stages.
DRUM WITHERS - the offside number came adrift and hung down over the final stages.
TOMMY TUKAA - lay in when racing three wide early. Held up early final turn.
DELMA CRAZE - pulled hard during the score up. Driver T Mitchell was questioned regarding his decision to shift out off the back of the leader TEXAS TIGER approaching the 1300m. Mr Mitchell stated that after having enjoyed a good run through from the second row to lead on the first turn he had noticed TEXAS TIGER paced roughly on several occasions when improving to his outside before crossing to lead near the 1500m. He further explained that he was mindful that his filly had pulled hard over the early stages so he felt his best option was to shift out and improve forward to see if the front was available, however this was not the case and he was obliged to race without cover for the remainder before weakening over the final stages. After considering the matter Mr Mitchell's comments were noted.
Race 10   WRU $50 TICKET PACKAGE & CHANCE TO WIN TROT
WHIMSICAL WHIZARD - trotted roughly early and lost considerable ground. Trotted roughly again rounding the final turn when weakening.
HAKA PRIDE - broke shortly after the start and lost its chance.
CIRCUS CIRCUS - broke early and trailed the field throughout.
ISAAC H - broke passing the 2300m and lost its chance.
