Race 10 - OSBORN ROCK SUPPLIES MOBILE PACE
MAJOR MEISTER - Stewards showed the films and spoke with junior driver J Morrison regarding the tactics he adopted on his drive of this colt where he was three-wide for the entire journey. Mr Morrison explained that due to him drawing wide his initial intention was to roll forward however due to the fast early pace he could not find a place in the running line. He then considered the option to pull back but this was quickly not viable due to a horse becoming positioned on his back. Stewards accepted and noted Mr Morrison's comments.
