WOOLFIE MAC - weakened approaching the 600 metres. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an abrasion caused by a boot rubbing on the right carpus.
SOUTHERN BELLE - over-raced middle stages.
FIERY REACTOR - paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the colt's barrier record.
I MISS MUM - hampered by a weakening runner near the 500 metres. When spoken to regarding the performance, trainer/driver K Cox explained that her mare had been unsuited to the tempo of today's race.
Race 3   CASH N FLOW MOBILE PACE
TOM MARTIN - paced roughly under pressure in the final straight. Driver J Cox reported the colt to have hung throughout.
CARLOS BROMAC - lay inwards through the final straight.
THE MAROON MARAUDER - driver K Butt reported the off side shortener wrapped around the hopple after being released in the early stages.
FABRIZIO - raced wide early stages.
Race 4   ELLE MAC MOBILE PACE
DUASTAR - weakened near the 450 metres and locked wheels with another runner for a short distance. When spoken to regarding the filly's performance, trainer R Todd explained that despite, in his opinion, the filly encountering a far better calibre of horse than recent opposition, he was still disappointed with its efforts and advised that it was his intention to have blood tests taken in the coming days and undertook to notify the results to Stewards.
DHAULAGIRI - locked wheels for a short distance near the 450 metres with a weakening runner costing the gelding some ground.
I'LL WRITE THE STORY - hung inwards and checked LAVER in the score up with a false start being declared. Driver K Cox elected to remain in position for the re-start. Hung inwards shortly after the start briefly locking wheels with LAVER. Stood down pending one satisfactory mobile trial. Lay inwards rounding the final bend and throughout the run home. Trainer/driver K Cox advised it was her intention to make gear changes.

MICK BETH - held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
HELLS SHADOW - weakened near the 400 metres. When spoken to regarding the performance, driver R Close reported the filly had to work harder than anticipated to find the front and the fast early sectionals had been to its detriment over the final stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a poor recovery.
FOLKLORE - hampered in the score up and was out of position at the start.
INVISIBLE GIRL - lay inwards throughout the score up hampering an inside runner and was a considerable distance out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier record.
Race 6   HIGH GAIT MOBILE PACE
TWILIGHT BROMAC - unable to maintain its position following the leader passing the 450 metres. When spoken to regarding the colt's performance, co-trainer C Dalgety advised that he felt the horse hadn't backed up from its run last week. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
LE POLE DANCER - over-raced and got its head up in the early stages when being restrained.
PERCY - held up rounding the final bend.
HIGH FLYING HARRY - raced wide early stages. Held up by a weakening runner on the final bend losing ground. Paced roughly over the concluding stages.

Race 7   I CAN DOOSIT MOBILE TROT
PHOEBE ONYX - lay inwards leaving the final bend contacting several track markers. Shifted inwards abruptly on entering the passing lane when driver T Williams activated the deafeners with the gelding again contacting track markers and breaking in consequence.
RUTHLESS KAYLA - weakened on the final bend.
THE DOMINATOR - broke after 150 metres losing its chance.
MAJESTIC MAN - raced very wide when leading the field through the back straight on the final occasion which enabled runners to improve on its inside. Stewards spoke with driver B Williamson regarding this, who explained that after having his lead pressured in the early stages the gelding had over-raced causing him some difficulty. He added that the gelding had been inclined to lay inwards when previously racing at Addington which was reflected in the gear applied for tonight's race. Mr Williamson said that whilst this did not occur to the extent he expected, he had intended to give himself sufficient room should it occur entering the final bend and was surprised at the distance he had permitted the gelding when viewing the films. Notwithstanding the over-racing of his horse, Stewards issued Mr Williamson with a warning and advised him to make a better effort in future to maintain a position closer to the pylons. Lay outwards in the run home.
MATUA TANA - back from the unruly at the start.
Race 8   BETTOR TWIST PACE
KINGSDOWN ATOM - fractious behind the barriers and was reluctant to take up its position which caused crowding to outside runners with this contributing to the delay. A warning was placed on the gelding's standing start record. Driver C DeFilippi will be spoken to in the coming days regarding the start and the manner in which he shifted ground inwards near the 200 metres.
KWIK SPORT - backed away and then reared when the tapes were released losing considerable ground. No action was taken against the gelding due to the delay caused by other runners.
UBER EXPRESS - tangled away.
JENABELLA - raced wide early stages and raced roughly near the 2400 metres. Placed in restricted room near the 200 metres when weakening and had to be steadied. Driver G Smith reported the mare to have over-raced throughout.
OWHATANIGHT - fractious and reared prior to the start causing a delay. Reared as the start was effected and swung around losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the filly's barrier record. Hung outwards and broke near the 1100 metres losing its chance. A warning was also placed on the filly's racing record.
EMMA'S BOY - hampered shortly after the start. Inconvenienced near the 150 metres behind a weakening runner.
SHARP LOU - hampered shortly after the start losing considerable ground.
STEALTH BOMBA - hampered shortly after the start. Lay inwards leaving the final bend.
BUCKSKIN - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the final straight.
The all clear was delayed when drivers C Thornley (SHARP LOU) and R Close (KWIK SPORT) requested to view the footage of the pre-start. After viewing the films Stewards were satisfied that there were no grounds for KWIK SPORT to be made a non runner and that the interference suffered by SHARP LOU had occurred after the release of the barriers.
Race 9   KING OF SWING HANDICAP PACE
CHILLER BAY - broke at the start.
STUN GUN - broke at the start. Driver B Orange reported he had not been able to release the deafeners as the cord had become entangled.

SHADOW MINISTER - broke at the start. Held up near the 600 metres.
SPOT ON - weakened near the 400 metres.

Race 11   PARTYON MOBILE PACE
A DELIGHTFUL ACT - Trainer M Kerr was warned for being late to notify the filly would be racing with sliding blinds.
SOUNDSLIKEART - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Dunn. A final warning was placed on the mare's barrier record. Over-raced on occasions throughout and struck the wheel of LULU LE MANS near the 700 metres. Mr Dunn reported the mare had given him difficulty throughout. He also reported he did not activate the sliding blinds or release the deafeners due to having the field covered. Mr Dunn will be spoken to in the coming days regarding the incident near the 700 metres.
LULU LE MANS - driver S Ottley reported she sustained a punctured sulky tyre near the 700 metres when contacted by the trailing SOUNDSLIKEART. When questioned regarding the impact this had upon her runner, she explained that she believed SOUNDSLIKEART had her easily covered in the run home despite that runner knocking off over the final stages and did not believe she would have beaten that runner without the said interference.
GEMMA MAC - raced wide in the early stages.
MOSSDALE ART - when spoken to regarding the mare's performance, driver B Hope explained that he had to work harder than anticipated in the early stages to find the lead with this proving detrimental over the final stages.
Race 12   CHEEKY BABE MOBILE PACE
DISTINGUISHED TASTE - weakened leaving the final bend after working hard in the early stages to take up a forward position.
