ALDEBARAN BONNY - broke approaching the 1200 metres settling at the rear. Junior Driver Z Meredith with the assistance of Senior Horseman B Hackett was questioned as to why he had not made a better attempt to hold the leaders back racing down the back straight inside the 1700 metres.
