Race 12 - XCM SPORT MOBILE PACE
Driver R Close (LETS HUSTLE) admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting ground on the final bend forcing BELMONT MAJOR wider on the track when not in a position to do so resulting in the trailing SOUNDSLIKEART being checked and losing several lengths. After penalty submissions, the JCA suspended his driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 1 December up to and including 7 December 2019 (3 days).

Race 1 - SIMS BAKERY TROT
Trainer M Heenan advised Stewards on 28 November that SUPERFAST LAD was found to be suffering from a virus after racing at Orari last week with this now being treated.
Timaru HRC - Sunday, 24th November 2019
Race 3 - EQUINE VETERINARY SERVICES FILLIES & MARES HANDICAP TROT
Trainer D Gillespie advised Stewards on 28 November that DON'T LOOK BACK was found to have jarred up following its performance at Timaru last week. Mr Gillespie added that the mare will now have a brief freshen up and be returning to trials prior to resuming.
Race 11 - BROSNAN TRANSPORT PASSING LANE MOBILE PACE
Trainer D Love advised Stewards on 28 November that GET IT ON was found to be suffering from dehydration following its run at Timaru last weekend but has since recovered well and is continuing with its current preparation.

Race 1   GRAPHITE DEVELOPMENTS LTD AMATEUR DRIVERS MOBILE PACE
PAT CAMPBELL - held up final bend and in the early and middle stages of the run home.
BEAU VISTA - held up final bend.
HELD TO RANSOM - driver N Munro was cautioned to ensure his whip remains within the confines of the sulky.
LEADING THE WAY - briefly held up for clear racing room late in the run home.
Race 2   PEEK EXHIBITION MOBILE TROT
MICHELLE - broke near the 500 metres after being shifted wider on the track by an inside runner.
CHASING GREAT - over-raced rounding the first bend when being restrained to obtain cover.
MILLY AN EYRE - broke in the score up and was out of position at the start.
MAJESTIC CHEVRON - driver G Smith advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
MAJESTIC SUNSET - broke near the 700 metres.
TEHORO DAZZLE - lay inwards in the home straight.
UNIQUE MARSHALL - raced wide early stages.
SIOUX PRINCESS - broke late in the score up and was out of position at the start. Raced keenly through the middle stages. Broke again near the 400 metres. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
Race 3   JOINERY SCENE LTD PACE
The field was turned away at the first attempt due to SCARED STIFF being unable to take up its allocated position.
WESTBURN BLISS - broke briefly at the start. Lay inwards in the home straight, briefly crowding GLENLEDI BANDIT near the 200 metres.
KENYA - broke at the start.
BONNY'S GEM - over-raced at various stages during the running. Held up leaving the final bend. Driver A Cameron was spoken to advisedly regarding the manner she used her whip in the home straight.
PROSPECT PARK - broke at the start. Paced roughly racing into the first bend when racing wide on the track.
BEAUTY BARRY - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Raced greenly on the final bend when being shifted wider on the track. Driver G Smith was cautioned for using his whip when out of contention.
SCARED STIFF - fractious prior to the start and reared.
BEEN TO JENNY'S - hung outwards in the home straight.
STAR WATCH - broke briefly shortly after the start.
NIGHT LIGHTS - broke at the start. Locked wheels with GLENLEDI BANDIT near the 200 metres before breaking over the concluding stages.
RINGO'S A STAR - broke near the 650 metres.
BOSSMARO - broke at the start losing all chance.
GLENLEDI BANDIT - paced roughly in the early stages. Held up final bend. Briefly crowded near the 200 metres and shifted inwards marginally locking wheels with NIGHT LIGHTS.
Race 4   ALABAR SIRES' STAKES FILLIES SERIES HEAT 3 (MOBILE PACE)
MISS GRACEFUL - over-raced through the middle stages. Driver G Smith was cautioned regarding the manner he drove near the 1500 metres when forcing SUGAR LOAF wider on the track.
HEARTBURN - held up final bend and in the early and middle stages of the run home.
PETREA BROMAC - had to be steadied shortly after the start when crowded by an outside runner. Weakened final bend. Driver T Chmiel advised the filly had travelled lethargically throughout and had been disappointing. Trainer N McGrath reported the filly had failed to handle the rise in class from its previous start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
SUGAR LOAF - hung inwards through the early stages despite the efforts of driver M Anderson crowding PETREA BROMAC. Forced wider on the track by an inside runner near the 1500 metres.
FANCY - over-raced when wide on the track in the early stages and was restrained to the rear of the field.
RENEGADE ROSE - hung inwards in the early stages of the home straight. Driver M Williamson reported the filly had paced roughly in the early stages.
WOMAN IN GOLD - co-trainers C Dalgety & N Purdon were cautioned after the filly was presented with incorrect colours.
EMMERSYN LEE - hung inwards in the score up and was slightly out of position at the start.
Race 5   PRIME PANELS MOBILE PACE
JIMMY CANNON - over-raced middle stages.
DAN FERNANDO - late scratching at 10.30am due to being sold.
BRINGITONHOME - hung outwards throughout the home straight.
JAZZY STAR - driver S McNally advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
MIKEY MAGUIRE - raced wide early stages. Driver C DeFilippi was spoken to regarding his use of the whip in the home straight.
Race 6   WOOD N TREE HANDICAP TROT
NEVER MIND - broke at the start losing all chance and was retired from the race.
JUSTAMOLLYARCHER - broke at the start.
ZEDDIE MARIT - broke near the 100 metres. A final warning was placed on the gelding's racing record.
LONE STAR LAD - broke at the start.
MAJESTIC HURRICANE - broke at the start. Over-raced throughout.
OVERZEALOUS - held up final bend.
MEDUSA - the connections advised the mare would be racing in foal.
RUTHLESS KAYLA - slow in the early stages. Lay inwards in the home straight.
Race 7   McMILLAN EQUINE FEEDS SIRES' STAKES SILVER (MOBILE PACE)
BELMONT MAJOR - driver B Butt was cautioned for the manner he drove entering the home straight when placing inside runner in restricted room. Mr Butt admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) in that he used his whip on more occasions than permitted by Clause (b) of the Use of Whip Regulations. After penalty submissions, the JCA suspended his driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 1 December up to and including 15 December 2019 (4 days).
AQUA SANCTA - held up leaving the final bend.
EL DORADO - over-raced throughout. Weakened final bend.
SKIPPYS DELIGHT - hung inwards final bend and paced roughly before striking track markers. Crowded by an outside runner entering the home straight.
Race 8   BLUE STAR TAXIS MOBILE PACE
GIVEMEWHATINEED - over-raced middle stages. Held up by a weakening runner final bend.
SILK - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
NIRVANA BEACH - weakened from the 300 metres. When questioned regarding the performance, driver R May advised the gelding had hung inwards throughout and had been disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up the recovery of the horse with the connections in the coming days.
WILLISON - driver M Jones reported he did not activate the sliding blinds due to having the field covered.
GHOSTWRITER - late scratching prior to the start on veterinary advice. A veterinary clearance is required prior to resuming.
NAKURU - paced roughly in the run home.
LETS HUSTLE - hung inwards in the home straight.
Co-Trainer M Jones advised Stewards on 4 December that NIRVANA BEACH has been treated for a respiratory infection since racing at Addington last week.
