Race 1   GORE SEPTIC TANK SERVICES TROT
WHANGAMATA - lay inwards on various occasions during the running.
HELLUVA WAY - broke shortly after the start. Authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until the Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horse Regulations when breaking shortly after the start.
ROBO TROUBLE - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Trotted roughly rounding the final bend.
THE POWER BROKER - trotted roughly near the 1350 metres. Hampered by a breaking runner in the early stages of the home straight.
ORLANDO MAGIC - lay inwards over the concluding stages.
SOUTH PARK- lay outwards throughout the home straight.
KIWI HEIR - trotted roughly rounding the final bend then broke entering the home straight.
STAY ABOARD - paced away, having to be restrained back into its correct gait.
Race 2   TRANSPORT REPAIRS LTD MOBILE PACE
LOISSONYA - lay inwards rounding the final bend.
BE INSPIRED - weakened rounding the final bend. Driver A Armour advised the mare had not felt comfortable in the prevailing track conditions.
HANS IDEAL - over-raced through the middle stages.
KENNEDY - paced roughly and raced greenly on various occasions during the running. Weakened from the 600 metres.
DELIGHT N GOLD - lay inwards rounding the first bend.
WEE RING THE CHANGES - raced wide for the first 1000 metres. Placed in restricted room by an outside runner entering the final bend. Weakened from the 400 metres.
Race 3   JACCKA LODGE MOBILE PACE
DREAMINSOVER - held up rounding the final bend.
ELLNBAC - locked wheels with MAN I'M GOOD rounding the final bend.
VINTAGE ROSE - broke briefly as the start was effected. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Paced roughly in the early stages getting its head up on a number of occasions. Over-raced passing the 900 metres. Lay inwards rounding the final bend.
MAN I'M GOOD - lay inwards rounding the final bend and locked wheels with ELLNBAC.
GEOFF'S LEGACY - weakened rounding the final bend.
STAR RULER - held up rounding the final bend.
ANNIE FITZ - broke in the score-up and failed to settle, losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
VIGOROSO - held up rounding the final bend.
Race 4   MCKEOWN GROUP JUNIOR DRIVERS TROT
ONLY ONE WAY - broke at the start. Broke again passing the 1350 metres.
ALPINE RETREAT - broke passing the 1600 metres, losing all chance.
THE NIGHT SWEATS - weakened rounding the final bend.
ZONED SCARLETT - broke passing the 1800 metres. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until the Stewards were satisfied the mare had complied with the Breaking Horse Regulations when breaking passing the 1800 metres. Junior driver M Hurrell reported that the mare had proved difficult to steer throughout.

Race 5   T K SHANKS EXCAVATING/EBONY N IVORY MOBILE PACE
AURELIA COTTA - held up rounding the final bend. Junior driver B Laughton advised he would be recommending gear alterations prior to the mare racing next.
MALINKA - held up rounding the final bend. Paced roughly in the middle stages of the home straight.
SOUTHIN EXCUSE - hung inwards on various occasions during the running.
KRAMER - held up rounding the final bend.
Race 6   'SIR LINCOLN' AT ALABAR LADYSHIP FINAL (MOBILE PACE)
KICKUPYAHEELS - raced greenly on various occasions during the running. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 500 metres.
WOMAN IN GOLD - weakened rounding the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance junior driver S O'Reilly could offer no tangible explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
TACT EZE - out of position at the dispatch despite the efforts of junior driver E Barron. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
NEED YOU NOW - observed to have blood present in its mouth on completing its preliminary, with a pre-race veterinary examination revealing the filly to have a small laceration to its tongue, being passed fit to start. Paced roughly passing the 800 metres when assuming the parked position.
YOHA - paced roughly and broke briefly near the 500 metres, hampering KICKUPYAHEELS.
Race 7   ZILCO/HAMIL SADDLERY MOBILE PACE
TARGARYEN - paced roughly near the 1800 metres.
BURNHAM BOY - raced wide in the early stages before being restrained to the rear.
HOLD THUMBS - when questioned regarding the performance driver N Williamson could offer no tangible explanation.
MAGNETIC CHIME - shifted in abruptly late in the home straight.
VERGEOFGREATNESS - paced roughly and broke passing the 900 metres.
MILA KUNIS - held up for racing room throughout the home straight with junior driver M Hurrell reporting that due to this he did not activate the removable deafeners applied to the mare.
MAJOR MEISTER - lay inwards exiting the final bend.
Race 8   COLIN BAYNES MEMORIAL HANDICAP TROT
RYDGEMONT MILLY - slow to begin.
KING CASSIDY - trotted roughly throughout.
LE LIEVRE'S GIFT - weakened rounding the final bend. Trainer/driver J Curtin expressed disappointment with the performance however could offer no tangible explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have some nasal discharge. Stewards will follow up the recovery of LE LIEVRE'S GIFT in the coming days.
Race 9   DWAINS SERVICE CENTRE/TAPANUI FOUR SQUARE MOBILE PACE
JACKS N JAZZ - Lay inwards exiting the final bend making contact with several track markers. Briefly hampered near the 250 metres.
PADUKA - held up briefly entering the home straight.
MAGNETIC WATCH - raced wide in the early stages.
WOLF WEST - lay inwards in the home straight, briefly hampering JACKS N JAZZ passing the 250 metres.
TETRICK - held up rounding the final bend.
VON RICHTHOFEN - weakened rounding the final bend.
SENORITA MARGARITA - over-raced in the early stages.
Race 10   GORE WINDSCREENS 'N' GLASS MOBILE PACE
WHATA RAZZLE DAZZLE - broke late in the score-up checking a trailing runner and necessitating a false start be declared. Driver B Norman elected to remain in his allotted position for the restart. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Paced roughly entering the home straight before breaking briefly.
KOTARE ELITE - held up rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the home straight.
CANDIDASA - paced roughly entering the first bend. Over-raced through the middle stages. Held up rounding the final bend.
IDEAL DRAW - raced wide rounding the first bend.
