Timaru HRC - Wednesday, 24th April 2019
Race 1 - TAVERN HAREWOOD (AMATEUR DRIVERS) MOBILE PACE
Amateur Driver N Chalmers defended a charge under Rule 868(2) in that he failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures to ensure OPAWA MACH was given full opportunity to win or obtain the best possible placing when electing to shift wider on the track in the early stages of the run home instead of utilising the available passing lane. After viewing replays and hearing the evidence, the JCA upheld the charge and Mr Chalmers' Amateur Horseman's Licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 31 January 2020 (7 months).
Forbury Park TC - Thursday, 27th June 2019
