Race 6 - COMMODORE HOTEL MOBILE PACE |
At a hearing held on 27 May, trainer/driver M Howard defended a breach of Rule 303(2) in that he misconducted himself in the Stewards room after attending a Stewards investigation. After hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Howard the JCA reserved their decision. Subsequently the JCA upheld the charge and Mr Howard was fined $850. |
