Race 1 - WOODLANDS STUD NORTHERN DERBY PRELUDE (MOBILE PACE)
Co-Trainer M Purdon advised Stewards on 6 March that ULTIMATE SNIPER has recovered well following its performance at Alexandra Park last Friday. Mr Purdon added that the colt had hung throughout the running last week and had worked well in a Murphy Blind this week with this being added to the colt's gear for this week's assignment.
Race 3 - COKE NO SUGAR MOBILE PACE
Trainer M Berger advised Stewards on 5 March that blood tests taken from ABOUT TURN following its performance at Alexandra Park last Friday revealed some abnormalities with the colt being treated thus necessitating its scratching from its engagement this week.
Race 6 - WOODLANDS STUD DERBY NIGHT TURNING UP AP MARCH MOB PACE
Trainer A Donnelly advised Stewards on 6 March that blood tests and a veterinary examination of DOUBLE ROCKET following its performance at Auckland on 1 March revealed no abnormalities with the colt continuing with its current preparation.

Race 1   HENLEY HOTEL MOBILE PACE
E CAT - ducked in momentarily passing the 650 metres striking a pylon when in the lead. When challenged for the lead passing the 600 metres, failed to respond and only battled on from that point finishing 5th 15.4lengths in arrears of the winner. Driver Z Butcher could not offer any explanation for the favourite's performance. A post race veterinary examination found no abnormality.
ARDEN'S SILHOUETTE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of Driver M McKendry and was slow to begin.
LE GIRL - raced keenly in the early and middle stages and was inclined to lay in, particularly rounding the bends.
KAROLYI - held up passing the 400 metres.
ARTY PHARTY - held up passing the 400 metres.
Race 2   MISH'S DELISH GRAZE HCP TROT
ANDITOVER - first time through the back straight was inclined to lay out and shift wider on the track when in the lead. Approaching the 1250 metres veered outward to approximately 4 wide before being corrected by Driver D Butcher and again taken back to the lead.
DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE - broke shortly after the start and trailed the field.
BLUE COMAN - broke near the 2000 metres losing its chance.
COMEDY ACT - broke for several strides at the start. Broke near the 550 metres losing its chance.
Race 3   LOULOUS SALON AND DAY SPA MOBILE PACE
BAJAMAR - commenced to give ground approaching the 400 metres inconveniencing trailing runners.
SIGNSEELDELIVER - inconvenienced passing the 300 metres.
LETHERHAIRDOWN - inconvenienced passing the 300 metres.
VERDELHO - dislodged a pylon near the 250 metres.
Race 4   WORLD ORGANICS WITH SAMANTHA PARSONS MOBILE PACE
ALLONBLACK - broke in the score up and failed to settle losing its chance. A warning was placed on the mares mobile barrier manners. Connections advised that they would be adding an overcheck for the mare's next start.
WESTBURN YIELD - held up rounding the final bend behind a weakening runner.
LAGERTHA - over-raced in the lead and weakened from the 400 metres.
RACKETEERS BOY - held up rounding the final bend behind a weakening runner.
Race 5   IVY FLORIST MOBILE PACE
LOUIE THE HORSE - a false start was declared after shifting out and causing interference to BLACKFORT DOWN which was laying in. Driver L Neal elected to stay in her original barrier position for the restart. A warning was placed on the colt's mobile barrier record. The colt raced erratically racing into the first bend inconveniencing trailing runners. Approaching the 1500 metres shifted inward then outward abruptly checking a trailing runner. A warning was placed on LOUIE THE HORSE's racing manners record.
TWO FIFTYEIGHT - inconvenienced racing into the first bend. Approaching the 1500 metres checked by the horse it was trailing which raced erratically in front of it as a result was checked and broke losing 2 lengths with a resultant check to another runner.
HONEY DUKE - checked by a breaking runner passing the 1500 metres.
CATCH THE DREAM - Driver B Mangos advised that he pulled a flat sulky tyre from the 1500 metres.
Race 6   PADDOCK: CAMBRIDGE'S BEST CAFE MOBILE PACE
WHITEHAVEN BEACH - three wide early.
LADY SANTANNA- held up rounding the final bend and was unable to obtain clear running throughout the final straight. Driver R Fensom advised that he did not activate the removable deafeners.
Race 7   FLAIR MOBILE PACE
L L COOL J - person in Charge T Cameron was issued with a Minor Infringement and fined $100 when he failed to affix the centre hopple side carrier so as not to come adrift.
PRIME SILVER - held up final turn.
CHARLOTTE ROYAL - held up final turn.
AFORTUNADO - broke in the score up losing ground and being at least 50 metres out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the gelding's mobile barrier record. Raced three wide from the 1400 metres and weakened inside the final 400 metres.
IN THE SHADOWS - Driver S Phelan advised that the mare pulled a flat sulky tyre from the 1400 metres.
Race 8   MICHELLE MACDONALD YOUR IMAGE CONSULTANT HCP TROT
DANKE - dual acceptor starter in Race 1 was scratched on Veterinary advice at 7.25pm
LITTLE BRO - broke at the start losing ground catching the field with 1200 metres to run and weakened out with 300 metres to run.
GREAT FANTASY - broke for a few strides at the start.
