Trainer C Dalgety advised Stewards on 6 March that TARA BROMAC has recovered well subsequent to its disappointing performance at Addington on 3 March and will continue with its current preparation.
Race 10 - BUSH INN TAVERN MOBILE PACE
Trainer C Dalgety advised Stewards on 6 March that JUST DANCE has recovered well following its fresh up run at Addington and he expects the mare to show natural improvement in its upcoming engagements.

Race 1   EQUINOX RESTAURANT AT FORBURY TROT
SWEET JEWELIETTE - lay in and contacted several marker pegs rounding the final bend.
MUCHACHA BONITA - broke at the start losing considerable ground.
DREAM OF PAT - broke for several strides and was slow away at the start.
PEGASUS HANOVER - broke entering the first bend settling in midfield.
COSMIC SUN - trotted roughly for several strides near the 900 metres.
CLYDE - broke shortly after the start losing ground before settling towards the rear.
MAJICION - broke near the 1800 metres losing considerable ground.
Race 2   DUAL CODE AT WINGATUI 25 MARCH PACE
BALRAJ - shifted in under pressure passing the 100 metres.
OMAR SHARIF - broke at the start but soon settled. Held up early final bend.
ALLANDALE - gave ground from the 500 metres.
BRANTLEY - had to be steadied near the 2000 metres when there was an easing of the pace in the one out running line. Weakened final stages.
JIMMY RICHTER - broke at the start and trailed the field throughout. A warning was placed on the gelding's standing start barrier manners.
Race 3   HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAN MITCHELL MOBILE PACE
A number of runners were unable to maintain their position on the mobile prior to dispatch with Starter W Ferguson advising that he would maintain a slower tempo during score up in the remaining events given the prevailing conditions.
ANNE BONNEY - paced roughly in the score up.
BULLYS PRINCESS - raced three wide early. Lay in middle stages and was taken up the track when corrected near the 750 metres before being restrained to the rear. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners.
I'M SICK OF EXCUSES - paced roughly in the score up and was back from position at dispatch. Checked passing the 400 metres when having to take evasive action to avoid a tiring runner.
ULTIMATE SASSENACH - unable to maintain its position on the mobile late in the score up despite the efforts of Driver R May. Over-raced when being restrained when caught three wide early before improving to race outside the leader near the 1000 metres.
BEAUDIENE OVERTAKE - lay out throughout and in particular when under pressure leaving the back straight before weakening and inconveniencing trailing runners. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
SWIFT ROBYN - badly inconvenienced by a tiring runner near the 500 metres and broke losing its chance.
Race 4   DUNEDIN CITY MOTORS MOBILE PACE
HONOUR THE BET - paced roughly shortly after the start.
ALEXY - broke near the 950 metres losing its chance with a warning being placed on the gelding's racing manners.
MAGNATE MARA - lay in at various stages.
HONOUR SCROLL - gave ground from the 450 metres.
MISS ETHEL SUNSHINE - raced three wide early. Weakened final stages.
JACKS N JAZZ - lay in at various stages.
VIGOROSO - weakened final stages.
Race 5   RICOH PACE
The track was downgraded to Slushy prior to the start of this race. Trainers were instructed to fit mudguards to sulkies for the remainder of the evening.
LUVTAHAVTIME - over-raced middle stages when trailing the leader.
SHEELASINLEAGUE - weakened final stages.
IRON WOMAN - broke at the start and shifted out checking a second row runner before trailing the field throughout.
CHALBERG - lay in rounding the bends. Junior Driver K Butt advised that the gelding failed to handle the track.
OUT OF THE SHADOWS - was removed from the unruly for future stands.
TERRA FIRMA - checked and broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
Race 6   HAPPY 95th BIRTHDAY ERNIE WHITE HANDICAP TROT
MISSALYSSA - broke shortly after the start.
CUDDLY TROUBLE - broke near the 1500 metres and settled at the rear.
BONO HEST - slow to begin.
SUPERFAST NINJA - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
DON'T LOOK BACK - broke near the 600 metres.
SCARLETT LANE - broke near the 1900 metres and trailed the field.
KIWI CRUSHER - lay in during middle stages when attempting to improve three wide. Trainer G Anderson was issued with a $100 Minor Infringement notice for presenting the mare without the correct saddlecloth number.
Race 7   NORWOODS FARM MACHINERY CENTRE MOBILE PACE
COOLHAND EASTON - paced roughly for several strides shortly after the start.
MY PATRONUS - raced three wide early stages before being restrained to the rear.
JINGLES BROMAC - lay in early in the run home and then broke after contacting the outside sulky wheel of CLASSIE MARGARET which shifted ground outwards marginally. No further action was deemed necessary given that both horses shifted ground in this incident resulting in the contact.
SHINDAL - gave ground from the 400 metres.
CLASSIE MARGARET - shifted out marginally early in the run home and contacted an outside runner.
Race 8   YALDHURST HOTEL MOBILE PACE
FIERY FERRET - paced roughly for several strides in the score up. Held up briefly near the 300 metres and had some difficulty obtaining clear running throughout the home straight.
FRANCO TEXAS - raced keenly final bend when held up early.
NIMAH FRANCO - the near side sulky mudguard became partially dislodged during the running.
BETTOR ENFORCE - lay in and contacted several marker pegs rounding the home bend.
Race 9   LANCE JOYCE MEMORIAL MOBILE PACE
DONEGAL CHOKINSCREEK - lay out shortly after the start inconveniencing an outside runner.
MACH O'MELLEY - inconvenienced shortly after the start and paced roughly for a few strides.
WITH THE STARS - raced away from the marker line from the 700 metres when leading. Tended to shift out further under pressure early in the run home. Driver J Cox was shown the replay and spoken to advisedly.
SQUARE DEALER - over-raced middle stages when outside the leader. Obliged to race wider rounding the home bend.
THISLADYROCKS - raced three wide early.
DREAMINSOVER - held up early final bend.
OFFICIAL CULLEN - held up early final bend. Trainer A Hoffman was cautioned in relation to the sliding blinds failing to activate despite the efforts of Driver R Close.
MONGOLIAN MACHETE - improved three wide from the 1300 metres but lay in rounding the bend near the 900 metres and was then obliged to remain three wide without cover when unable to obtain the position outside the leader. Weakened final stages to finish at the rear. Driver B Orange advised that the colt had failed to handle the track.
RED ONYX - raced greenly and lay in during the running.
AVEROSS SPITFIRE - had some difficulty obtaining clear running in the home straight.
Race 10   NZ HORSE TRANSPORT MOBILE PACE
CANDIDASA - charged at the mobile gate in the early stages of the score up making solid contact with the arm. Underwent a post race Veterinary examination which revealed minor bruising to the gelding's mouth.
HOLD ON ARIZONA - inconvenienced briefly near the 500 metres but then weakened final stages.
BANK RAIDER - over-raced when caught three wide early stages. Gave ground from the 600 metres. Driver J Cox advised he felt that the gelding may have choked down. A post race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormality.
ROCKIN ROD - paced roughly near the 100 metres and had to be steadied.
DONEGAL MARY FRANCIS - raced three wide from the 1400 metres before crossing to race outside the leader near the 700 metres.
AVEROSS RUSTLER - weakened final stages.
KOTARE ELITE - over-raced middle stages before being taken forward three wide to lead approaching the 800 metres.
