CAPELLI - (C Thornley) pre-raced warmed. Broke entering the first bend after becoming awkwardly positioned to the sulky wheel of COSMIC SUN (B Williamson). Stewards spoke to Drivers Williamson and Thornley regarding this incident and after taking into account the explanations tendered by both drivers along with viewing all available films it was established that CAPELLI was reluctant to shift down the track at this point due to trotting roughly and hanging outwards. As a result a warning was placed on the record of CAPELLI. Authorisation of placings was withheld until Stewards were satisfied that the filly had complied with the Breaking Horse regulations.
PEGASUS HANOVER - trotted roughly throughout.
MASIES PRIDE - trotted roughly in the home straight.
