ZIPPIDY DOODAH - broke at the start.
ROCKNTOMMY RULZ - crowded at the start and had to be steadied. When spoken to regarding the performance Driver B Hope advised that the gelding had got back further than he had anticipated at the start after being placed in restricted room. Mr Hope added that he had been slightly disappointed with the effort and could only offer that the horse may have been unsuited to working hard in the middle stages to improve its position.
OLDE OAK ELLIE - broke at the start. Raced wide early stages. Lay inwards throughout the run home.
BELLA BROCADE - weakened final bend.
AWESOME OFFICIAL - hung inwards throughout the run home when being shifted wider on the track to obtain clear racing room.
MYSISTERSAPOLEDANCER - raced wide early stages. Stewards requested a post-race Veterinary examination of the gelding after it returned to the birdcage making abnormal breathing noises with this examination revealing no abnormalities. The connections advised that they would be adding a tongue tie to the horse's gear for its next start.
NADIRA FRANCO - began awkwardly and was slow through the early stages.
JIMS MAMA - fractious prior to the start.

SISTER'S DELIGHT - broke at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Held up final bend. Driver S Ottley reported that she was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
ULTIMATE SWIFT - tangled away.
TOMBELINA - hung inwards final bend.
TIA DALMA - raced greenly final bend and struck pylons.
LORD SANTANNA - crowded at the start. Over-raced rounding the first bend when being restrained to obtain cover. Paced roughly in the home straight.
WILSON STREET - broke at the start. Raced wide early stages and paced roughly.
I CAN REMEMBER - broke at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
FRANCO HATTON - cleared from the Unruly for future standing starts.

TEQUILA SUNSET - trotted roughly in the run home before breaking near the 100 metres.
ANOTHERDOLLYTROUBLE - hung inwards final bend and struck pylons.
MATUA TANA - trotted roughly and broke shortly after the start. Hampered near the 1200 metres by a breaking runner and had to be steadied. Broke again near the 450 metres after being held up by a weakening runner.
TIPTOE TROUBLE - raced wide early stages. Broke near the 1350 metres.
OVERZEALOUS - lay inwards throughout the run home.
ESCARGO - broke racing into the first bend losing all chance and was retired from the event.
EASY PICKINGS - broke rounding the first bend. Broke again near the 1200 metres hampering the trailing runner.
PRINCE TEKA - Driver I Cameron will be spoken to regarding the manner he drove in the home straight.
KASH VALLEY - broke at the start then trotted awkwardly through the early stages having to be steadied. Authorisation of 4th place being awarded was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the mare had complied with the Breaking Horse Regulations in the early stages.
CHASING GREAT - slow in the early stages. Broke near the 1400 metres.
MAJESTIC ACTION - over-raced in the middle stages. Weakened from the 500 metres.
MAKE MY SUNDON - slow to begin. Broke rounding the first bend.

DOLLY JONES - broke after 100 metres. Briefly locked wheels with GIN RUMMY near the 100 metres.
ABOUT LAST NIGHT - cleared from the Unruly for future standing starts.
SUPERFAST LAD - hung on the bend near the 1500 metres and struck pylons.
GOTTA TICKET - broke at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
SHPEEDY - broke shortly after the start. Broke again near the 1500 metres. Switched to a pace near the 1400 metres and was restrained by Driver J Dunn losing all chance.
IDEAL INVASION - broke shortly after the start. Trainer J Clementson advised that he would be making alterations to the gelding's shoeing prior to its next start.
MY EYRE - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the home straight.
JOUR HIGHNESS - broke near the 700 metres. A warning was placed on the mare's racing record.
SUNNY GLENIS - hung outwards throughout the run home.
LADY BEATRIX BOURBON - broke racing into the first bend. Over-raced middle stages. Hung inwards and trotted roughly in the home straight. A final warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
GIN RUMMY - lay outwards in the run home and briefly locked wheels with DOLLY JONES near the 100 metres.

VELOCETTE - raced wide without cover from the 900 metres before weakening near the 500 metres. Stewards requested a post-race Veterinary examination of the gelding which revealed no abnormalities.
MELODY POND - hung outwards at the start and had to be steadied. Weakened final bend.
SPECIALE UNO - weakened final bend.
BEEN TO JENNY'S - held up final bend.
MARIA KIRILENKO - weakened final bend.
FROSTY RECEPTION - held up final bend. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the home straight.

FRANCO NUBOLT - over-raced for a distance passing the 2000 metres. Weakened final bend. Stewards requested a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no abnormalities. Driver C Thornley advised that the horse had received every opportunity and had not been surprised with the performance.
MALINKA - paced roughly racing into the first bend. Raced wide early stages.
BEAUDIENE EMERALD - raced wide early stages.
JACKHAMMER JOE - hung inwards rounding the first bend and struck track markers. Paced roughly and hung inwards rounding the final bend and in the home straight.
MARKHAM EYRE - raced wide early stages. Hung inwards in the early stages of the run home when being shifted wider by an inside runner.
FINAL DELIGHT - paced roughly late in the score up and was out of position at dispatch. Hung inwards and broke rounding the first bend after shying at track markers which had been dislodged.
MELT DOWN - hung inwards severely rounding the first bend striking several markers. Hung inwards near the 1100 metres and again struck track markers. Driver R May reported the mare had hung throughout causing him difficulty.

PINE CONE - held up final bend by a weakening runner.
THE JANDEL MACHINE - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
ASTUTO - shifted outwards at the start crowding outside runner. Weakened final bend.
SHOW BUSINESS - crowded at the start and broke. Weakened final bend.
GARRY'S LEGACY - broke at the start losing all chance.

JOHNNY EYRE - held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
NURBURGRING - broke at the start. Over-raced middle stages.
SON OF A TIGER - raced greenly into the first bend and shifted up the track. Held up by a tiring runner passing the 900 metres. Weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the performance Driver B Butt reported the gelding had been unsuited to working hard with the strong tempo throughout. Mr Butt added that the horse would be withdrawn from its engagement at Reefton.
BILL HALEY - weakened considerably from the 900 metres. When questioned regarding the performance Trainer/Driver J Abernethy reported that the gelding had choked down after over-racing through the middle stages. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
COPPERHEAD ROSE - held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
MOGUL - Driver J Geddes admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) in that he used his whip on more occasions than permitted by Clause (b) of the Use of Whip Regulations and was fined $200 by the JCA.
