LOUD AN PROUD - inclined to lay in during the running.
HIGHVIEW JUSTICE - held up in the run home and locked sulky wheels with a tiring runner just short of the finishing line. Amateur Driver J Kriechbaumer admitted a breach of Rule 868(2) in that he failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures to ensure his gelding was given full opportunity to win the race or to obtain the best possible position and/or finishing place by failing to take the run that had become available in the passing lane early in the run home. After hearing submissions on penalty the JCA suspended Mr Kriechbaumer's Amateur Driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 4 January 2019 up to and including 31 July 2019.
ARMSTRONG - shifted out rounding the final turn when leading and continued to shift up the track throughout the run home. Locked sulky wheels when weakening late in the run home.
