Trainer K Adams advised Stewards on 26 December that RAKE has recovered well following its performance at Forbury Park on 19 December and has worked pleasingly since that run.

SNOWY DANA - hung inwards rounding the bend by the 900 metres.
OUR PROMISE - weakened from the 450 metres.
SWEET CHILLI - broke late in the score-up checking several runners, necessitating a false start be declared. Driver C Ferguson elected to go to the Unruly position on the outside of the second line for the re-start where the filly will now be drawn for upcoming mobile start engagements. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier manners of SWEET CHILLI. Broke in the score-up of the re-start losing considerable ground. Broke again passing the 400 metres. Stood down to trial satisfactorily on one occasion prior to racing next,
SHOP GIRL - raced wide through the early to middle stages.
JAFFIE J - raced wide in the early stages then over-raced when being restrained to the rear of the field.
MYRCELLA - held up for racing room rounding the final bend.
DUBLIN STREET - raced wide in the early stages.
RAHURI DESIRE - hung inwards and paced roughly passing the 1200 metres. Held up for clear racing room rounding the final bend.
ALLABOUTJOY - when questioned regarding the performance of the filly trainer/driver N Williamson advised he was happy enough with the first start run given the race was not run to suit. Mr Williamson said that he believes the filly is best kept for one run at this early stage of her career which is how he intends driving her in future when circumstances permit.

RAHURI BADLANDS - had to be steadied for a short distance passing the 100 metres when momentarily placed in restricted room.
KAGEE VC - briefly steadied near the 50 metres when the outside runner shifted in.
NIGHTMARCH - shifted in throughout the home straight. Driver R Swain was shown the films and issued with a warning for failing to make sufficient corrective action.
MARTIN MCGUINNESS - weakened from the 500 metres. When questioned regarding the performance driver N Williamson advised he was disappointed with the effort and believed the gelding may not have backed up from its previous start 8 days ago. Stewards will follow up with trainer L Bond in the coming days. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
HARRYDAHORSE - when questioned regarding the seemingly improved performance trainer M Brown advised the gelding had benefited from the inside draw, racing in front and the drop in class of today's race.
VENETO - raced wide in the early stages before being restrained to the rear of the field passing the 1500 metres. Weakened from the 450 metres.
SHEEZUS - shifted inwards in the latter stages of the run home. When questioned regarding the performance driver T Williams advised the mare was unsuited by the fast tempo of the race.
EL DINERO - held up entering the home straight.
BOLD RULER - hung inwards rounding the bend passing the 900 metres. Weakened leaving the final bend after racing in the parked position throughout.
THEODORA HOPE - cleared from the Unruly for future mobile starts at the request of Trainer A Paisley.

VALZONA - reared and was fractious behind the barrier strand. Broke briefly at the start. Over-raced in the middle stages. Paced roughly passing the 1400 metres.
SOUNDS BETTOR - broke briefly at the start. Raced wide in the early stages.
RAZCAL ALLEY - weakened from the 400 metres.
A ROCKNROLL MAID - weakened from the 500 metres.
FLOGGING MOLLY - broke at the start. Broke again passing the 800 metres when racing keenly behind a tiring runner and losing all chance.
RAKABEAMER - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the standing start record of the gelding. Driver B Barclay advised the gelding had hung at various stages throughout the event.
FUTURA EASTON - over-raced in the middle stages and paced roughly. Hung inwards passing the 1200 metres and became awkwardly positioned close to the wheel of IKNOW. Weakened from the 400 metres.
BETTOR MOVE ON - weakened from the 700 metres. When questioned regarding the performance driver B Williamson advised he was disappointed with the effort. Trainer S Breen advised he would be reassessing the racing future of the filly. Stewards will follow up with Mr Breen in the coming days.
IKNOW - raced greenly over the concluding stages.
SQUARE DEALER - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the standing start record of the gelding.

GET LUCKY - lay inwards in the home straight occupying the Passing Lane. Driver B Williamson was shown the films and warned to ensure he leaves the Passing Lane clear in future when leading. Mr Williamson reported he did not activate the removable hood applied to the gelding due to having the field covered.
LADY ZARA - broke passing the 1800 metres.
MOMENT OF GLORY - paced away, then restrained to its correct gait before breaking passing the 1950 metres. Broke again passing the 1600 metres losing all chance. A warning was placed on both the standing start and racing record of the mare.
RITEUR - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the standing start record of the mare.
TOLKIEN - trotted roughly on various occasions throughout.
SOMETHINGS BURNING - hung inwards on the bend passing the 900 metres. Removed from the Unruly for future standing start events at the request of co-trainer K Barclay.

TOBY O'GARA - broke at the start and swung sideways severely hampering QUEEN OF THE NITE. A warning was placed on the Standing Start record of the gelding.
QUEEN OF THE NITE - broke at the start and was then hampered by an inside runner losing considerable ground.
VON RICHTHOFEN - broke at the start shifting outwards making contact with COOLHAND EASTON and losing considerable ground.
COOLHAND EASTON - hampered by inside runner at the start and broke in consequence. Hung inwards on various occasions throughout. Raced four-wide from the 600 metres.
STAY ABOARD - held up for racing room rounding the final bend. Hung inwards late in the run home.
AMBASSADOR - held up for racing room rounding the final bend and early in the run home. Driver N Williamson was shown the films of entering the home straight and was warned for making contact with pylons.
WOLF WEST - hung inwards early in the run home then ran outwards shortly after. Driver T Williams reported he was unable to activate the sliding blinds applied to the gelding due to the cord becoming entangled.
GOMEO DENARIO - over-raced passing the 2200 metres when being restrained to take a trail.
FRANCO JUNE - severely hampered by breaking runners shortly after the start.

BOTTLE ROCK - paced roughly in the score-up and on various occasions during the running. Weakened from the 600 metres. Trainer R Ferguson advised that the gelding would now be sent for a brief freshen up prior to resuming.
GLOBAL DOMINATION - jumped over a mark on the track passing the 2000 metres. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
ROBYNS PLAYBOY - driver C Ferguson reported that the gelding had over-raced throughout.

MONIBURNS - weakened from the 600 metres.
OUR GRACIE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
SVELT - broke at the start losing its chance and eventually being pulled up.
REBEL KIBBYBONES - broke negotiating the first bend losing all chance.
PRES THE BELLE - hung inwards rounding the bend near the 900 metres.

MR KIWI - placed in restricted room late in the run home.
SANTANNA'S ROCKET - broke at the start.
BETTOR ENFORCE - placed in restricted room late in the run home.
MAIDONTHEBEACH - broke at the start. Briefly jostled for a position passing the 300 metres. Shifted outwards sharply when entering the home straight making heavy contact with the sulky of KILOWATT KID. Held up for clear racing room in the final straight. Driver M Williamson was spoken to by the Stewards and shown the films. The matter was adjourned for the Stewards to make further enquiries. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a severe laceration to the outside hind leg which required treatment. Connections were advised a veterinary clearance would be required prior to the gelding racing next.
KILOWATT KID - broke at the start. Briefly jostled for a position passing the 300 metres. At the point of the home turn received a severe bump from the sulky of MAIDONTHEBEACH briefly unseating driver B Williamson. Driver B Williamson was spoken to by the Stewards and shown the films. The matter was adjourned for the Stewards to make further enquiries.
POCKET CALL - held up for clear racing room rounding the final bend.
BENIO BEN - hung inwards shortly after the start when being restrained to take cover. Weakened from the 600 metres.
RAKAROVER - broke at the start.
SAGWITCH - broke at the start.
MIGHTY SANTANA - hung inwards through the latter stages of the run home placing inside runners in restricted room.

JODY DIREEN - raced three-wide through the middle stages.
IT AIN'T THE MONEY - raced wide in the early stages and over-raced when being restrained to the rear of the field to obtain cover. When questioned regarding the performance junior driver M Hurrell advised he was disappointed with the effort however could offer no tangible explanation. Stewards will follow up the recovery with trainer A McVicar in the coming days.
ARDENT LUSTRE - weakened from the 800 metres. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the gelding.

STAR RULER - hung inwards throughout the run home.
ABSOLUT RUSSIAN - paced roughly briefly near the 200 metres.
GOLDEN GALAXY - raced wide in the early stages. Weakened from the 500 metres.
IDEAL ASSET - broke passing the 1950 metres.
MIGHTY GEORGE - slow to leave the pre-race circle and paced roughly in the score-up, being out of position at the dispatch. Junior driver M Hurrell explained the horse was in a fresh state, he was reminded of his obligations to ensure he makes every effort to maintain his correct barrier position until the dispatch point. Hung inwards on various occasions through the run home.
SHUZI - Driver M Anderson was questioned regarding being out of position at the dispatch. Mr Anderson advised he was reluctant to urge the horse due to it kicking and bucking the previous time he drove it. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record of the mare. Hung inwards when racing three-wide through the middle stages.
BEAUDIENE OVERTAKE - paced roughly in the score-up and was out of position at the dispatch.
