HARRY H - Junior driver D Ferguson was cautioned for failing to trail with his horse's head behind the sulky seat of the horse he was trailing on several occasions through the middle stages. In assessing what course of action to take the Stewards were mindful of the gelding's tendency to lay outwards during the running. | |

MUSTANG GT - had to be steadied negotiating the first bend when awkwardly placed to the inside of FRANCO EMPIRE. Broke near the 100 metres when in restricted room to the inside of SWEET MAGGIE RYAN. | |
FRANCO EMPIRE - placed MUSTANG GT in an awkward position when shifting down the track first bend. Driver J Curtin was spoken to advisedly to ensure he is sufficiently placed to shift ground in future. | |
