DINA BROWN - lay inwards racing into the first bend and had to be steadied after becoming awkwardly placed near the sulky of BETTATHANAPOKEINDEYE. Raced three wide early.
MUSTANG SALLY - when spoken to regarding the manner in which he drove the filly when electing to maintain a position at the rear throughout, driver R May advised that the filly was best saved for one run and was better served when not being asked to work in the middle stages. Mr May further stated that he had not had the opportunity to progress with cover at any stage and subsequently been left poorly positioned over the fast final sections. Trainer S Reid confirmed the filly was not suited to working at any stage of its race. Mr Reid also stated that it was his intention to reconsider her immediate racing programme specifically as to which venues she might be best suited racing at.
