CRACKARED - The hearing of the information at the above meeting alleging Mr Marshall drove in an manner capable of diminishing his chances under 869(3)(g) was upheld by the JCA with Mr Marshall's Horseman's licence suspended from the conclusion of racing on 30 November up to and including 11 December 2018 with the JCA also imposing a fine of $250.

Trainer B Purdon advised Stewards on 29 November that HAVTIME has recovered well following its fresh-up run last Friday and will continue with its current preparation.

Trainer B Purdon advised Stewards on 29 November that some shoeing adjustments have been made with BELLE OF MONTANA following last Friday's run adding that the filly will continue with its current preparation.

DESTINED FOR HEAVEN - broke late in the score up with a warning placed on the mares mobile manners.
M T POCKETS - raced wide in the early stages. Junior Driver D Ferguson was cautioned for the manner he drove near the 2400 metres.
IDEAL HOLIDAY - raced wide in the early stages until the 1200 metres.
AWESOME SPEED - paced roughly near the 350 metres then when being corrected shifted outwards and locked wheels near the 300 metres with AMERICAN EMPRESS.
AMERICAN EMPRESS - locked wheels near the 300 metres. Junior Driver T Lethaby was warned for the manner he used his whip over the concluding stages.
MISTY MEMORY - Junior Driver L Whittaker was cautioned for the manner he drove near the 2400 metres.
PARKER - connections advised the entire had cast the offside front shoe.

TEMPORALE - contacted a marker near the 300 metres.
GEENA'S SUCCESS - tired from the 500 metres.

RED ATOM - hampered near the 500 metres when locking stays with tiring runner resulting in a punctured sulky wheel.
MOHS EM DOWN - hampered near the 500 metres.
BRYDON EARL - hampered near the 500 metres.
OZZY'S NIGHTMARE - when tiring near the 500 metres locked stays with RED ATOM resulting in the trailing MOHS EM DOWN and BRYDON EARL being hampered. A subsequent vet examination revealed the gelding to have a nasal discharge with a vets certificate required prior to resuming.

RAPTORS FLIGHT - Driver S Phelan advised the gelding had an easy run in front and could offer no tangible reason for the performance. A subsequent vets examination revealed no abnormalities.
