Trainer C Barron advised Stewards on 16 November that BLACK OPS is being treated for a minor infection and will now be given a brief spell.

sFRDh8Nu8Mc SPUR ME ON GENTLY - broke shortly after the start. Placed on the Unruly for future standing start events at the request of trainer T Robertson.
TOLKIEN - broke shortly after the start.
STAR DUDE - trotted roughly and shifted outwards rounding the final bend. Continued to trot roughly throughout the run home and was unable to be driven out with any vigour. Driver M Anderson was reprimanded to ensure he maintains as straight a course as possible in the run home in future. Returned to the birdcage with blood present in both nostrils with a subsequent post-race veterinary examination including an endoscopic examination confirming the gelding to be a bleeder. Stood down for the mandatory 30 day period with connections advised a veterinary clearance including the results of an endoscopic examination prior to a satisfactory trial would be required prior to STAR DUDE resuming.
MASIES PRIDE - inclined to lay inwards throughout the run home. Junior driver R Heads in the presence of Mr C Barron was shown the films in relation to ensuring she drives her runners out to the finish line in future.
MAKE MY DAY - broke near the 1500 metres when leading. Broke again near the 1300 metres losing its chance.
DELSON - driver N Williamson reported he did not activate the removable deafeners applied to the gelding due to having the field covered.
MOMENT OF GLORY - slow through the early stages and broke negotiating the first bend.
KIWI HEIR - weakened from the 500 metres.

nD9bHRBE2SM THE HEART RULZ - weakened from the 650 metres. When spoken to regarding the performance driver B Barclay could offer no tangible explanation. Trainer B Gray advised he would not be persevering with the gelding as a racing proposition from his stable. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a large haematoma to the inside upper cannon area which was treated on course with an anti-inflammatory. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to racing next.
GO GETTA - broke just prior to the dispatch losing its chance. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier manners of the gelding.
RAHURI BADLANDS - held up briefly by a tiring runner near the 600 metres.
TOBY O'GARA - broke leaving the pre-race circle before settling. Paced roughly in the score-up and was back off the gate at the dispatch. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier manners of the gelding. Trainer/driver C Faithful advised she would be making gear changes in an effort to rectify this tendency.

Race 3	MLT / THREE RIVERS HOTEL MOBILE PACE Video

BATTLE AXE - weakened over the concluding stages.
RAKABEAMER - held up on the final bend.
HANS IDEAL - held up on the final bend.
BELLE MACH - paced roughly before breaking near the 950 metres, losing its chance. Trainer J Cox reported the gelding would now be sent for a spell.
VINTAGE ROSE - over-raced in the early stages. Held up for racing room final bend.
KANSAS CITY JIM - raced wide in the early and middle stages until reaching the parked position near the 1500 metres. Weakened on the final bend.
TANGO DANCER - inclined to lay inwards throughout the run home.

When spoken to regarding the performance driver N Williamson advised that given the time the race was run and it being the mares' first start back after a spell, he was not overly disappointed with the effort. Mr Williamson added the mare would derive benefit from the outing. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery and it was reported the mare would be subjected to a post race check over in the coming days which Stewards will follow up with.
BROADWAY BANNER - weakened from the 500 metres.
IT AIN'T THE MONEY - out of position at the dispatch. Junior driver M Hurrell was issued a Minor Infringement Notice and fined $100.
THE MAROON MARAUDER - paced roughly at various stages throughout the running, losing contact with the body of the field. Weakened over the concluding stages.
HARRYDAHORSE - slow to leave the pre-race circle.

JAMIE ROBYN - slightly out of position at the start. Paced roughly through the early stages, inconveniencing a trailing runner. Raced greenly at various stages through the running.
LISA ROCKS - weakened from the 1100 metres.
PRINCE ART - raced wide through the middle stages.
UNDERCOVER MAC - raced greenly throughout causing driver J Campbell some difficulty.
GOLDEN GALAXY - weakened from the 600 metres.
AY BOY - inconvenienced in the early stages. Held up rounding the final bend.
AMERICAN MAC - raced erratically in the early stages of the score-up.
AURELIA COTTA - held up in the early stages of the run home.
FLAMING JIM - raced wide in the early stages.

NOBLE GAMBLE - weakened from the 450 metres.
LARCH - broke at the start.
SUPER FAST PAT - trotted roughly passing the 650 metres.
CLOVER LADY - broke near the 300 metres.
WAR ADMIRAL - broke shortly after the start losing its chance.
GRACE O'MALLEY - inclined to lay inwards over the final stages.
DIPENDRA - broke near the 500 metres losing its chance.
KING CASSIDY - trotted roughly throughout the run home.

y1JEOYwOEhs BETSTARS BLUE JEAN - trainer M Saunders notified that this mare would be racing in season.
SADHANA - hung inwards throughout the run home and had to be steadied.
JODY DIREEN - over-raced rounding the final bend and became awkwardly placed, contacting the outside sulky wheel of DACHY (B Barclay) entering the home straight, when held up for racing room. Continued to be held up for racing room in the early stages of the run home.
RAKSBET - weakened over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
DACHY - (B Barclay) held up on the final bend. Outside sulky tyre contacted by JODY DIREEN (T Williams) exiting the final bend with the tyre deflating during the run home. Stewards spoke with drivers T Williams and B Barclay in relation to DACHY receiving a punctured tyre. After hearing from both drivers and viewing all available films, and taking into account the manner in which JODY DIREEN was racing at the time the matter was taken no further.
LORRETTA FRANCO - raced wide in the early stages.

B1FwdpPdqtw THEODORA HOPE - broke in the score-up checking IDEAL ASSET, necessitating a false start be declared. Driver M Williamson elected to remain in his allotted position for the re-start. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record of the mare. Broke in the score-up of the restart losing its chance with the mare now drawn Unruly for its future mobile racing.
SWIFT ROBYN - inconvenienced shortly after the start.
BLARNEY BABE - broke shortly after the start inconveniencing trailing runners. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record of the mare.
ROCKABILLY BLUES - Co-trainer K Price reported this mare would be racing in season.
BETTER GALLEON - held up early in the run home.
SHUZI - clamped its tail and kicked out entering the first bend making contact with driver M Anderson. Took no further part in the race. A warning was placed on the mares record. Mr Anderson was examined by St John Ambulance Paramedics and found to have suffered bruising to his left foot. Mr Anderson was advised a medical clearance would be required prior to him driving next.
BUNTER'S DREAM - driver P Hunter was questioned in relation to his apparent lack of vigour over the concluding stages. After hearing the explanation tendered by Mr Hunter Stewards issued him with a charge pursuant to Rule 868(3) in that he failed to drive his horse out to the end of the race when having a reasonable chance of finishing in fourth placing. This was adjourned by the JCA sine die.

Race 10	MLT / PIONEER TAVERN MOBILE PACE Video
Y_y7bXBk_Zg MACANDREW MAJIC - inconvenienced by a tiring runner near the 800 metres and again near the 700 metres. Weakened on the final bend.
THE DOORMAN - weakened from the 800 metres, inconveniencing MACANDREW MAJIC. Trainer/driver C Ferguson advised he would no longer be persevering with the gelding as a racing proposition from his stable.
MY GEORGIE BOY - out of position at the dispatch. Driver P Hunter was warned to ensure he remains in his allocated position until the dispatch point is reached in future.
EL DINERO - raced wide in the early stages.
DOUBT ME NOT - weakened from the 500 metres.
DALLAS GRIMES - placed in restricted room and had to be steadied shortly upon entering the home straight. when DOUBT ME NOT shifted ground inwards.
RISE ABOVE THIS - shifted inwards upon entering the home straight placing DALLAS GRIMES in restricted room. Driver B Barclay was reprimanded for the manner he drove at this stage of the race.
