| ED WOOD - Broke at the start and then galloped uncontrollably over one lap. The connections were advised the gelding was stood down pending a satisfactory standing start trial and would also be drawn unruly for future standing starts. | |

| MADELEINE STOWE - Broke racing into the first bend when attempting to avoid a galloping runner. | |

| LADY BEATRIX BOURBON - Trotted roughly approaching the 800 metres. Continued to trot roughly under pressure on the final bend. Driver S Ottley reported the mare had on occasions made contact with its sulky wheels. Broke near the 300 metres. | |
| IN SEQUENCE - Slow in the early stages. Broke over the final stages. The all clear was delayed until it could be confirmed that the mare had not galloped in excess of 50 metres nor was it lapped on when reaching the finishing line. | |

| GEENA'S GIRL - Broke and shifted outwards passing the 1000 metres locking wheels with JUSTAMOLLYARCHER resulting in driver J Dickie being dislodged from the sulky. A warning was placed on the racing manners record of this mare. J Dickie was examined by St John Paramedics and cleared to fulfil his remaining driving engagements. | |

| RED HOT ROCKET - Inconvenienced near the 900 metres. | |
| TOKYO JOE - Heavily checked near the 900 metres with driver S McNally becoming unbalanced in the sulky and the gelding losing its chance. A post race veterinary examination of the gelding revealed several abrasions. | |
| JUSTAMOLLYARCHER - Locked wheels with the galloping runner passing the 900 metres resulting in driver R Jenkins being dislodged from the sulky. St John Paramedics examined R Jenkins and he was found to be suffering from a hip injury which Stewards will discuss with Mr Jenkins over coming days. | |
| MCLOVIN - Heavily checked near the 900 metres with driver A Lethaby being dislodged from the sulky and dragged for some distance. A Lethaby was examined by St John Paramedics and cleared to fulfil her remaining driving engagements. | |

| AMARETTO SUN - Broke at the start. Shifted outwards near the 500 metres causing WILMA'S MATE to race in restricted room. Stewards spoke with drivers A Tomlinson and B Butt regarding this incident. After considering their explanations Stewards took the matter no further other than advising Mrs Tomlinson it was expected she complete movements with more care in future. | |
| BD KHAOSAN - Badly hampered at the 2100 metres losing ground. | |
| SUNNY RUBY - Checked and broke 2100 metres. | |
| ALDERBECK - Broke when racing to the inside of DESTINY JONES near the 2100 metres. Despite a charge being filed against S Ottley regarding this incident, Stewards spoke with B Williamson regarding the manner he drove at this time. | |
| DESTINY JONES - Shifted inwards near the 2100 metres when not sufficiently clear of ALDERBECK which was crowded and then checked into a gallop. Stewards spoke with drivers S Ottley and B Williamson and after doing so issued Ms Ottley with a charge alleging she had been careless. Ms Ottley defended the breach however it was upheld with her licence being suspended from the conclusion of racing on 4 November up to and including racing on 11 November 2018 (3 days). | |
