| ROMY FRANCO - weakened on the final bend. When spoken to regarding the performance driver J Cox advised after receiving an economical run the mare could not quicken when asked and he was very disappointed with the effort. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no clinical abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with trainer S McRae in the coming days. | |

| MONGOLIAN CAVALRY - Stewards investigated a perceived breach of the Push Out Rule racing into the first bend when UNLOADED raced wider on the track. After reviewing the films it was established that UNLOADED had not been progressing forward when MONGOLIAN CAVALRY shifted outwards therefore no further action was required. | |
