After hearing submissions on penalty the JCA suspended her license from the end of racing today up to and including 11 October 2018 (3 days). | |

CRACKARED - out of position at dispatch. Held up final bend. The Stewards spoke to amateur driver C Wigg in regards to this mare being out of position at dispatch. After hearing Miss Wigg's explanation the Stewards issued CRACKARED with a warning and Miss Wigg advised she would be making gear changes prior to its next start. | |

ABRAHAM - shifted down the track placing inside runner in restricted room rounding the first bend. Driver A Poutama defended a breach of Rule 869 (3)(b) in that he had driven carelessly at this stage of the race. Mr Poutama then elected to change his plea and admit the charge mid-hearing and after taking submissions on penalty the JCA imposed a fine of $250.00. | |
BLAKE - Trainer N Chilcott was fined $50.00 for the late notification of a change of gear with the gelding racing with blinds. Paced roughly at the start and broke shortly afterwards. Placed on the unruly for its future mobile starts. | |

Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no clinical abnormalities, and was stood down pending one satisfactory trial. | |
