GRACE BURNS - Driver K Barclay was charged with a breach of Rule 869(2) in that she used her whip on more occasions than permitted by Clause (b) of the Use of Whip Regulations. After viewing replays and hearing the evidence the JCA upheld the charge and suspended her licence to drive from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 22 September (5 days). Mrs Barclay was further reminded of her obligations to drive her horse out to the end of the race. | |
