SUZIE PEE JAY - when questioned regarding the improved performance, Trainer D Balle advised that he had blood tests taken following the disappointing run at its previous start on the 15th June which revealed that the mare had been suffering from tie up which had subsequently been treated. He further stated that he had been in two minds whether to start until further blood tests came back clear and accordingly had been hopeful of a better performance in tonight's event. | |
